Vacation rentals with a patio in Carolina

Amazing stay, everything was as described. Felt right at home, quiet and private. The jacuzzi was definitely a big plus specially with our own private terrace. Overall the stay was good vibe. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend 10/10, and will for sure be coming back!!

Our stay was excellent. From the beginning, the hosts were very kind and flexible, allowing us to check in early and pick up our luggage after check-out, which made our trip much easier. The place was exactly as described, comfortable, and well-equipped. Definitely a great option to stay in Carolina. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at Chloe’s place. We had another wonderful vacation. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The balcony view is awesome. I will miss having meals and enjoying the view from there. This time we stayed local and enjoyed the beach and local restaurants every day. Maria is very helpful and quick to respond to messages. The guards at the entrance are always cheery, even when we arrived at 4am! I highly recommend this Airbnb.

The place i rented was very clean i loved that it had a room separated from the little living room and kitchen its a Studio but having that room its a plus. its good for up to 4 people it also has a Sofa bed i will recommend this for sure

Raisa’s place is so cute and comfy ! Looks exactly like the pictures. It is a bit noisy, if you’re not used to it I don’t recommend it. But I don’t have a problem with it at all ! The neighborhood is very nice I walked a few times to go buy fruits and go to the market. There are a couple fast foods around in case. Other than that it’s not too far from san Juan and the old city so you can easily uber or drive there. Would definitely come back. Thank you

Maria was an AMAZING host! The hospitality was top tier! I would definitely recommend booking this Airbnb! The place is 10-15 mins from the beaches, the night life, and amazing PR Restaurants etc.

This apartment is very near the airport making it ideal for late night arrivals or accommodations before travel. It was also one of the most accommodating airbnbs I have stayed at in terms of kitchen and bathroom items for example shampoos, spices, etc. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed after a day of travel.

Beautiful Gem in Puerto Rico ! Albin was kind & responsive from the moment of booking, & accommodated all of our needs helpfully & with friendliness. The home itself was in a convenient location, not far from all of the attractions of San Juan, & with some local late night eateries nearby. Everything was accessible via car or affordable ubers. Inside was clean, comfortable, & the hot tub was very pristine & peaceful. Lovely neighborhood & beautiful stay overall :)

Loved Ariels beautiful home. Very well decorated and you can tell they spent time and money upgraded the home. It’s comfortable and centrally located. Beds were comfy. AC’s worked great!!! We enjoyed our stay!!!

I have to say I would definitely stay again. Terrence was a great host, responds to message super quick and really helpful. The place was in excellent condition, very secure place very clean. The location is really close to a lot of things, 17 mins away to old San Juan, 9 mins to Walmart and other restaurants. Even though less than 24 hrs into our stay the island had a total blackout Terrence was really helpful. Checked on us throughout the day, making sure we were ok. Really did appreciate that. You may see the neighborhood to be a little sketchy but to be honest it is a very very quiet neighborhood. Thank you Terrence for opening your home.

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They provided great recommendations and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful home, it’s pretty in the pictures, but you really appreciate it more when you enter. The hosts welcoming touches really made us feel special entering a strangers home, like you are really welcome and they truly want you to enjoy your time there. And the water, lagoon?, out back is larger than I thought, we enjoyed watching birds, turtles, and even a small crocodile! We were visiting the south west coast of Puerto Rico and decided to stay a couple nights in Carolina to see Old San Juan and be close to the airport. The location and home were perfect!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and left our little ones with family. Marisa was such an amazing host, this was my first time using Airbnb on vaca so I was a little hesitant. I read some of the prior reviews and wondered if everyone was related to her because they were so positive, well she lived up to all of it and exceeded it (we’re not related but she treated us like family 😁) There was a power outage when we stayed and luckily she had invested in a big generator that kept EVERYTHING working in the home. Two balconies were awesome, spacious clean and comfortable all around. We were pleasantly surprised to walk into some snacks and drinks she stocked up for us. Coffee is a must for us, we drink bustello at home and whatever brand she had was just as good maybe better :). Highly recommend!!

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

Leon’s place was fantastic! You’re right on the beach with several activities and restaurants near by. Kitchen was nice, had all the things we needed! The unit has nice upgrades and is very chic. Thank you!!

First time in Puerto Rico - everything was made smoother based on Dakota's responsiveness, location to beach, restaurants, car rental, etc. Condo staff was very good when needed. Full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Supermarkets are a bit of a walk but manageable. Great experience and look forward to my next visit.

Great place to stay! The pools and the beach were wonderful. Very family friendly. The space was exactly like the pictures. Elias was always very responsive and provided some great local recommendations. We would definitely book with him again.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed to step off the plane and head straight to the beach. We enjoyed the beach chairs towels and umbrella. Peace of mind having a gated key fob entrance as well! Hope this available next year when we come back!

Milly’s place was perfect for our stay! Very close to the beach, quiet location and a nice common area outside of the apartment with chairs. Milly was very responsive, checked in to make sure all was good. We arrived at the condo around midnight, Milly stayed up to make sure we made it safely to the location and stayed on the phone until we walked into the condo. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

A beautiful ocean view to wake up to in the morning! Mary was a great host and allowed us entry 2 hours early. We spent nearly every day on the beach which was literally right outside the bldg. It was so convenient to have 2 chairs and umbrella set up for us on the beach all day long for only $20. Mary communicated quickly on any questions. While we were hit with a 2 day full island blackout, Mary was quick to provide info on how to manage the situation. The building had generators for the elevators, opening our balcony sliders and windows provided a great ocean breeze so didn't miss the AC. She let us know of a secret spot right outside our apartment where we could charge phones on the generator power. All the nearby hotels had generators/full power and honestly wasn't a problem. Mary's place was close to Condado and Old San Juan so we made several Uber trips. The apartment was clean and Mary provided all the necessities. I would recommend staying at Mary's place!
