Just stayed at Cuylers place for my first time in Puerto Rico and I want to say this is an excellent place to stay at! It’s completely private, big and beautiful! The pictures describe the house and the house looks even more beautiful in person! Cuyler is great a communication he always responded quickly and made us feel at home with the great amenities the house has! The location is great the house is close to a 24-Hour Supermarket and 24-Hour Burger King that made the stay even more better! I highly recommend staying at Cuylers place! It’s a beautiful private property. House was very clean and we had a great time at the pool! Highly recommend it! Cuyler has great customer service and communicates very well any instructions to access the house!

My family and I absolutely loved this house. We stood for a week long and had no major issues. We felt safe and secured. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Close to many good restaurants and entertainment . 10/10 will definitely recommend.

A Dream Stay – Beautiful, Safe, and So Much Fun! From the moment we walked through the door, we were blown away by how beautiful this home was! I stayed here with five of my girlfriends, and we all instantly felt safe, comfortable, and completely at ease. The space was spotless and clearly well cared for—everything was clean, fresh, and it smelled amazing the second we stepped inside. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax, laugh, and enjoy ourselves. We had so much fun just being in the house, whether we were cooking together, lounging around, or getting ready for a night out. The location was another huge plus—super super convenient and close to everything we needed, from restaurants and shops to local attractions. And on top of all that, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. This place exceeded all our expectations and gave us the perfect home base for our girls'

Perfect place if is available please book it: We had an absolutely amazing experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the patio was a peaceful oasis—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing evenings. The host was responsive and lets us stay in last minutes we was stock in the airport , welcoming, and provided great local recommendations that made our trip even better. The location was ideal—close to the Airport price less ,beach, shops, and restaurants, but still quiet and private. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Very beautiful space for our family of 11. Carol provided us with all of the necessities we needed for the pool, grill and fire pit. We were even able to rent our cars directly thru her! The location was super close to everything we wanted to do and very peaceful at night! We were able to explore the island and have tons of fun during our down time with pool , hot tub and fire pit!

We love staying in the Loiza area because of its proximity to the beaches as well as Piñones’ local restaurants and Carolina’s shopping malls. Host was very responsive and welcomed us with open arms even though we arrived in the early morning light. Apartment was as described-air conditioning in every room but the cross ventilation in the living room was great that we barely used that unit. The place was clean and fully stocked.

Great location and walkable to anything in Old San Juan. The apartment was clean and AC and fans were prefect for the warm weather. The roof was an awesome place to hang - wish we could have stayed longer. Just be warned this property is a 3 floor walk-up, wasn’t a problem for us but didn’t realize it in the dedication. It can also be a bit loud at night/early morning but I think you’d get that anywhere in OSJ

Beautiful and clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the skylights because they make it hard to nap in the daytime

I was very satisfied with my selection of this Airbnb. Camila was very proactive with answering questions and also sent a helpful list of popular restaurant choices throughout the island. I didn’t utilize them but thank you for the four complementary beach towels. I didn’t utilize the kitchen or living room but it was nice to see all of the essentials you may need. The beds were super comfortable. Didn’t utilize them but thank you for the complementary makeup wipes, shampoo and conditioner. Thanks for the extra trash bags and toilet paper. The instructions to get inside the two security gates and door were simple. The two flights of outdoor stairs were a bit steep so be careful carrying your luggage up and down.

Wow!!!! What a beautiful place! The view is just stunning. The sound of nature is incredible. The house is so cute, clean and very cozy. Easy check in and check out. To get there it is a little bumpy but it is worth it! Beautiful bathroom, shower and the A/C super nice! We only stayed one night but when we come back will stay longer! Recommend 100%.

I stayed here with my family for one night, and it was exactly like the pictures   very clean and comfortable. We wanted to explore La Placita on our last night in San Juan, and this place was perfectly located, close to everything. Diana was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It’s a great spot for families, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return next month!

Wow! This place was unbelievable and even better than we expected. I loved it so much! You can see the ocean from the balcony and it's such a beautiful view. We went golfing at Bahia and it was pretty close. This was an amazing experience. Jose was super nice and Miguel picked us up from the airport at midnight and he took us to Old San Juan. His driving skills were very impressive. We drove a scooter while we were there and it was fun but I do recommend a car. This was the perfect place to stay and it was so relaxing. Plus, there is a mini jungle on the property. You can walk around the yard and pick fruits if you want. This place also has constant hot water in the shower. We really enjoyed everything about it! The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It’s surrounded by nature, it’s absolutely gorgeous, it felt like home, it has everything and more. Loved the sound of nature at night. I loved everything about this Airbnb.

This was a dream come true. The place is magical, great escape from the noise walked to the cabin we were looking for. Nearby markets if you need to, but if you bring your food this house has it all you'll not need to go out and won't want to leave.

We stayed at this wonderful property to celebrate our 25th anniversary, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The home had everything we needed it was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. It felt like a perfect getaway. The absolute highlight was the heated pool we spent so much time relaxing and enjoying it, especially in the evenings. It made our stay feel extra special and luxurious. We’re so glad we chose this place for such a meaningful milestone. Me encantó el lugar. Cuando llegué mi esposo y yo estuvimos unos minutos procesando lo que estábamos viviendo. Nunca habíamos hecho un CLICK tan brutal con un Airbnb. Es impresionante, mejor de lo q se ve en las fotos.

Un lugar tranquilo rodeado de naturaleza. Te hace sentir en paz. Le pedí que decorara por la celebración de cumpleaños y Ashley ( la muchachas que limpia el airbnb ) lo decoró y le quedó hermoso cada detalle que ir le pedí lo hizo. Estaba todo limpio, fogata me encantó.
