Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

Modern studio!! “Only 7 minutes from airport”!!!

Only 7 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the beach. 1 minute from the apt has fast foods, supermarket and pharmacies. Only 20 minutes from San Juan and 25 from El Yunque. A lot of beach option very near. 6 minutes away on foot theres a PR RESTAURANT GABYS LECHONERA and COFEE GARAGE next door. Which is perfect for lunch/dinner (pernil, ribs, chicken, batata and more) and a great cup of coffee to start your day. Parking is in inside the house not in the street!!

Bohemian Suite with private pool heated and great outdoor area to take a good tan Located 12 minutes from San Juan Airport, 14 Minutes from Isla Verde, 18 Minutes from Condado Beach and 22 Minutes from Old San Juan. Take a short 18 minutes drive to Calle Loiza, La placita and Condado. There's two parking available for a vehicle or you can Easily Uber anywhere. Uber is available and will get you to the place, but we definitely recommend a rental car

This beautiful place has a kitchen-living room, bedroom with bathroom in it, the living has a tv/Roku for your entertainment, very comfortable for those who want to spend a wonderful vacation in Puerto Rico. Located in a central area: Airport (5 min) Pharmacy (2 min) Supermarket (2 minutes) Isla Verde (6 min) Car Rental (3 min) There are bakeries, fast foods, restaurants and the beach less than 5 minutes by car.

We have a generator, as the island's electronic system is unstable after Hurricane Fiona.(Non-tourist area) minutes from the airport and the beautiful beaches of Carolina. 15 minutes from El Condado and Old San Juan and shopping areas such as Plaza Américas. The property is next to La where you can book and have a fun day horseback riding, four track.
