Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Carolina Beach

Not to overuse the word awesome, but awesome place, awesome location, awesome price. The beach was a very short drive straight down the main road. After a day in an active beach scene, particularly Thu-Sat, it was refreshing to come back to this beautiful home in this chill community. Everything was as described and as pictured. Thanks Tony!

What a delightful experience! The house was as advertised and more. Kate provided many thoughtful touches (easy entertainment navigating, extra kitchen and food treats, fully stocked kitchen and cooking aids, games, beach supplies), which were wonderful surprises. She operates a pet friendly house, with pet supplies too. The location is marvelous, and the Surf City beaches are wonderful. She truly is a five star hostess, and this lovely home is perfect for a family/pet holiday.

10/10 experience. Host was very accommodating, professional, and very personable. We enjoyed our stay and would 110% recommend to anyone!!! Will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway with friends. The house was the perfect location with easy access to the beach and walkable to several restaurants and entertainment that Carolina beach has to offer!

Enjoyed my three day getaway. Our stay was very peaceful! The cottage was cute and cozy. The Hosts were great as well! They made sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again!

The house is gorgeous, and ideally located. I was able to walk to restaurants, and down to the river. It was fabulous. I loved it.

Had an amazing stay! We had people ranging from 1-30 years old and everyone had a great time! Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk! We loved watching fireworks from the patio Thursday night!

I enjoyed my stay at Ryan's place a lot. Check-in was easy and the house was probably the best equipped Airbnb that I have ever stayed in. It has everything that you will need and can think of needing. Close to the beach as stated in the description. The bonus was that about 4 or 5 block in the other direction is the Carolina Beach Greenway which was nice for a morning walk when the beach was really windy. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great place to stay! Jarrod and his wife were very friendly and responsive with any questions on the app. They even let us check in early. Accommodating bikes was so thoughtful and fun for us as we biked to coffee places and lunch. We kayaked to palm tree island and that was so much fun! It’s also a great location to walk to the beach as well! The balcony was so peaceful in the morning and at night. 10/10 experience and first time vacationing to Wilmington. Will 100% come back!

The view the view the view! Listen to the beach your whole trip from your balcony. Comfortable, clean, convenient location, private and quiet! Excellent unit! We travel a lot and this was our favorite vacation spot ever!

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

My stay was perfect. Erika was a great host and is so nice! I booked last minute when I had a problem arise with other accommodations. Erika responded quickly and went out of her way to make sure I was able to get into the suite. The suite is cute, cozy, super clean and comfortable. It is loaded with everything needed for a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! Lisa is a great host and she made us feel very welcomed! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything you could possibly need during your stay, from various tea flavors to beach chairs. The area is very quiet and beautiful, only a short drive to historic downtown and about 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Wilmington! Kara is the property manager and she was SUPER sweet, helpful and responsive. The beds were very comfortable and I LOVED how you can rent the golf carts (someone previously mentioned battery would die quick but that’s if your gone hours & hours just like you’d run out of gas) everything was nearby and we saved a lot of money and time with the golf carts due to parking, access to beach and price to rent. If you were to actually rent one from certain places it was WELL over $200/day. So Loreen was doing us a favor and making it more affordable lol The place was very clean ! I am a neat freak and super clean myself so I was on the look out 👀 but this place was very clean. Only reason I can’t go back is definitely NOT due to the place itself but because my senior dog couldn’t make it upstairs 😔 from now on we have to take stairs inconsideration. That’s because of our dog NOT this place This place is definitely 10/10 loved it and made some best memories with my family ❤️❤️❤️🥹

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

This was the perfect spot for a short getaway! Judy and Mike let me know as soon as the place was ready for check in so I even got to spend a bit more time there. Grandma Barb greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a tour of the place which was so kind and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect- in walking distance to the beach, Publix and a couple of restaurants! The area is so peaceful and was silent at night which allowed for amazing rest. I’ve already messaged friends & family telling them to check this place out and I can’t wait to be back!

We loved being so close to the beach, the pool, and the pier. Pier bar drinks and service were great! We recommend the Bahama Mama and The Painkiller. The condo was very clean and inviting. The deck was perfect for our morning croissants and fresh fruit with coffee. We enjoyed watching the waves and listening to seabirds as they soared above the sea. Just a short drive to the Boardwalk gave us some great shopping and restaurants. We recommend Britt’s donuts. Don’t buy just one -cash only! Matthew was the perfect host! He answered my questions quickly and checked in to see if we needed anything. Perfect week for us to rest and relax!

My husband and I came down for a quick couple days get away, and it was a perfect place to stay! Convenient to everything, steps from the beach, and very private and quiet. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool after spending a couple hours on the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. We walked on the beach to the boardwalk at night and it was perfect! Our kids loved having direct access to the beach to go out and spend endless hours in the ocean. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

We always love a stay at Carolina Beach and this place made it all the better! The balcony overlooking the beach is the best part but also enjoyed a very clean and relaxing air bnb. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s condo in Carolina Beach. If we had any questions, they were addressed immediately and we were comforted by his attention to our needs. The serene view of the ocean will make your cares melt away and this was the perfect escape for our family to connect, relax, rest, and recharge. The beach access is a few steps out the door and down a short path. A bonus of this location is walkability (be mindful that there are no sidewalks, but cars and golf carts on the road are very accommodating and there are crossing lines.) Some of our favorites places to go - The Spot, the Ice Cream Shop and Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar. The boardwalk is a short drive - 2-4 minutes. And Hurricane Alley’s was fantastic food, view, vibe. Thank you for making our first visit to Carolina Beach so special and memorable. We hope there will be many more!!

Beautiful condo- clean, well stocked and comfy beds. We loved having the option to go back and forth from beach to pool, so everyone was happy!! The storage closet has everything you need for a great beach day. Loved sitting on the deck every morning and night. The host was super responsive and gave great instructions and recommendations on the area. Already planning our trip for next year!! Great place for families!! Thank you!!

We were here for my birthday! The owners were incredible! Very kind and gave us great options for restaurants and also a firework display. The condo was perfect. Amazing views. The kitchen had everything you need and everything worked well. The master bedroom had a great master bath with all amenities. But let me tell you about the master bedroom bed. The most comfortable bed ever!! If you have a rain day and have to stay indoors this is the place to stay. Don't forget to play some song on the guitar. When we come back we will definitely plan our trip to stay here. I cannot thank the owners enough for there hospitality!!

It is clear a lot of love and attention goes into maintaining this property. Everything was updated, clean, and organized. Things were clearly labeled to help us during our stay (light switches, cabinets, drawers, etc.). The location was perfect. It was quick and easy to get to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk for restaurants, drinks, and shopping. The view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!
