This house is located on the ocean side of the street but our personal house between it and the ocean. Brand new stainless appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Laundry is available for guest, shared with long term tenants and located outside in garage area.

Our beach is never crowded — even in the summer, as we're on a stretch in the middle of the island that's sparsely populated with just one row of houses (& adjacent homes aren't rentals).
