Updated 1930’s beach cottage located on an ocean front lot and just steps to the beach. Old school vintage charm with modern comforts. Top deck has amazing ocean views to the north and south and the living room has great sunrise views. This house is located on the ocean side of the street but our personal house between it and the ocean. Brand new stainless appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Laundry is available for guest, shared with long term tenants and located outside in garage area.

Our beach is never crowded — even in the summer, as we're on a stretch in the middle of the island that's sparsely populated with just one row of houses (& adjacent homes aren't rentals). Updated 6 br 4 ba beach house in the heart of Carolina Beach. Right across the street from the beach access and has great views from the decks. Decorated more modern than beachy, we've tried to think of everything you'll need for a great beach stay. The house is large and spacious, and has Roku TVs in all the rooms - enjoy the beach during the day, stream what you want in the evenings.
