Host was extremely responsive! My kids enjoyed all the games,activities, bikes, etc. My husband throughly enjoyed the hot tuband I enjoyed the peaceful surrounding. The walk to the beach was short, there was something for everyone in our group to enjoy.

My group loved this home! So well decorated with plenty of linens and space! The kitchen was well stocked and clear instructions for hot tub and check out were provided! The dining table was perfect for games and meals! Back yard was a little dream with the lights and hot tub! Loved that it was pup friendly, even though we had no pups! Will certainly be back if ever in the area again!

We had a wonderful stay with our fur babies. The fenced in yard was a super plus ! The house was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was amazing to cook in all appliances were clean and updated ! Wonderful family room and clean bathrooms .

An outdoor space is presented, featuring a spacious private pool alongside a heated spa. Sturdy wooden stairs lead to a deck area. Colorful kayaks are evident, resting against the side of the building. The property is enclosed by a fence for privacy.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Erin’s Home for Labor Day weekend. We were there to celebrate my birthday as well as time as a family. The home was well prepared for our stay and the necessities needed were all available. It’s such a beautiful home and having access to a pool on the premises was an added plus. The homeowners also provided us a list with information to any questions we may have needed answered which was a nice touch. I recommend anyone interested in renting a home to spend with family or friends, to consider a stay here. You won’t be disappointed! We had a wonderful stay! The house was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The backyard was so peaceful and relaxing — we especially loved spending time in the hot tub. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Exceeded our expectations! This home was indeed a "home away from home", that provided everything needed for our stay. The host thought of everything. The beautiful home was supplied with all essentials for a wonderful getaway. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus. The neighbors were so friendly and personable. Having the beach within walking distance was the cherry on top. I appreciate Jessica being available when needed. We will definitely be back!

Michelle’s home is pristinely clean and beautiful! The layout is perfect for a group. The elevator was so helpful for my ADA needs, as well as in general for our groceries and luggage. Between the two decks and fenced backyard, there are multiple outdoor ocean side options for relaxing, meals, or games. Our group also really enjoyed the kayak. Michelle is a great communicator and so hospitable. Highly recommend, and we look forward to a future stay.

Holden Beach has become our home away from home. This is our 5th year and we’re already planning for next year. The house is perfectly located for the beach and to local restaurants and it has everything we want or need. Jessica is an amazing host - incredibly kind, very responsive and knows just the right touches to make the house a home. We are so grateful to have found this place - definitely a highlight of our year!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was updated and clean. I really loved that it wasn't overstuffed with trinkets or decor, very simply and not overstimulating. This was a last minute trip and the host accommodated us wonderfully. We will be saving this BnB and coming back for a longer stay!

We did our annual golf fraternity golf trip and this year several guys stayed at Sea Oats on Lockwood Folly. They all enjoyed staying at this home and I received comments like, "very comfortable," "clean, with plenty of amenities and convenient" and "a great house." Marty is a wonderful host and always responded to any question I had. The house description you see is exactly what you'll get and we plan on renting it again next year.
