We loved our stay at Kenneth's place! It's super cute, happy vibes, nice natural light. Loved the kitchen, it's modern and seems very new. The neighborhood is really pretty - I loved going for walks around there. It's quiet. And the location is quite close to the 5 and Carlsbad Village. Kenneth was great at communicating. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! I can highly recommend this. Second year here for me, and just as satisfying again. Six weeks without any issues whatsoever. Robin and her husband are very friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and safe, close to a grocery store, gym, etc. 10 out of 10 ! I’ll be back 😊

Our family has stayed at many places this year as we were looking for a home to purchase. This was the best AIrBnB stay we have had by far. Everything is clean, well stocked and organized. The host literally thought of anything you would want when away from home. Kind, helpful, peaceful experience. We are grateful we had the opportunity to be guests.

We stayed at Lori and Bob's lovely place for two months. The guesthouse is comfortable and roomy, and thanks to the well-appointed kitchen, all set for a longer stay. Great location: very private, yet close to downtown Carlsbad, the beach, and a short drive to Encinitas. We especially appreciated the easy freeway/train access to San Diego, and even made several trips to LA. Lori and Bob are also delightful hosts: respectful of privacy, yet friendly and super responsive to any questions or requests. We'll certainly look forward to returning!
