We do charge a simple $50/pet extra cleaning fee as we do give additional attention to the unit upon departure. This avoids any potential allergic reaction from the next guest(s). The Loft Apartment is located in Downtown San Diego’s historic Gaslamp district. Perfect for someone who wants to walk around downtown's amazing offerings. Within walking distance of the Red Trolley Station, Horton Plaza, Petco Park and the Convention Center. BEDROOM AREA: Open layout throughout - Furnished with a very comfortable queen-sized bed. Bedding is cleaned for every guest. The queen-sized bed accommodates 2 people. It also has a twin bed. BATHROOM: Fresh, clean towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided. A hair dryer is also available. KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pot, pan, and other miscellaneous cooking tools. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee (regular, flavored, decaf), tea, sugar, and cream are available. LIVING ROOM AREA: Living room has a flat screen TV with streaming media player with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Video. Wireless internet is provided. Plenty of seating in the living room with a large sectional that includes a queen bed. Dining table has seating for 6. LAUNDRY: A washer/dryer combo is located inside the apartment. Detergent is available for use. I will contact you privately to inform you of the Building Access and Parking arrangements. I will also send you all the info for the Wi-Fi password upon Check-In. I’m available for any questions - we value your privacy. As needed, we will try and be accessible most of the day for any urgent or emergency situations or depending on how much interaction you wish. Our goal is to make your stay pleasant and safe. WE PROVIDE PARKING FOR (1) VEHICLE WITH YOUR RATE IN AN ENCLOSED PARKING STRUCTURE (1) BLOCK AWAY The loft apartment is in Downtown San Diego’s historic Gaslamp Quarter. It’s within walking distance of restaurants, bars, rooftops, Embarcadero, Marina, Train Station, Red Trolley Station, Little Italy, Seaport Village, Petco Park and the Convention Center We provide recommendations of the area’s best restaurants, bars, lounges, coffee shops, desserts, stores, rooftops, breakfast & sunset spots My apartment is 3 blocks away from the Light Rail Station. There are also a lot of bus stops around the neighborhood. Uber and Lyft are also available if guests need an alternative to a taxi. There are (2) Public Bike Rental racks within a block from the unit. Like in any downtown area, street noise is a common occurrence. If you are not comfortable with street noise, I recommend staying outside of downtown.
