Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation entsprach total meinen Vorstellungen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und uns gefiel die Lage sehr gut. Ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell an den Seen oder auch beim Einkaufen usw.

Velmi pěkný apartmán, perfektně vybavený. Hostitelka milá, vždy reagovala. Klidné prostředí, napojení na cyklostezku.

wij hebben met zn vieren genoten van dit mooie verblijf. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen meteen een rondleiding door de prachtige tuin en het knusse appartement met een klein tuintje. Alles was keurig binnen, heerlijke bedden en van alles aanwezig om de eerste dag door te komen, zoals, thee, kruiden, koekjes en suiker. Het dorpje Gmund was heel dichtbij, daar waren winkels en goeie restaurants. We hebben echt genoten van de mooie omgeving en we hebben leuke wandelingen gemaakt. We komen zeker nog een keer terug bij deze lieve mensen.

Super angenehmer Aufenthalt. Auch ohne Auto vieles erreichbar, schöne Umgebung. Würden wieder kommen, alles sehr schön gewesen:)

Der Eigentümer ist ein feiner Mensch, sehr hilfreich, hat alle unsere Fragen vor Anreise geklärt. war immer erreichbar, die Wohnung war schön sauber, hat wie auf Fotos ausgesehen. Diese Wohnung werden wir sicher wieder gern buchen.

The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and quite. It is very nice to have a garden (only for you) and enjoy some relaxing walks in the surroundings. Christian and his family are very friendly, helpful and reachable, when you need him. Anytime again! Thank you Christian for your great hospitality!

It was such a lovely stay, we enjoyed walking around and so close to everything. Great host was nice not to have to wash the dishes. There was even games and a colouring book for my daughter to use during our stay. More than enough space for us as a family, so considerate to provide the entire place for us as a family. All in all it was great!!!

Tolles kleines Häuschen in perfekter Lage in Friesach. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht, inklusive Spülmaschine. Die Dusche war sehr modern und augenscheinlich recht neu. Waschmaschine gabs auch. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Ein Highlight war der große Garten mit Trampolin, verschieden Spielgeräten, einem Grill und einem überragenden Blick auf die Burg auf dem Petersberg. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt ein fantastischer Urlaub in Kärnten.

La casa è inserita in un villaggio/campeggio a 2 passi dal lago Pressegger. All'interno oltre alla piscina a disposizione, ci sono un'area giochi per bambini ed un ristorante che prepara anche ottimo cibo da asporto. Con una app è possibile ordinare ogni giorno i prodotti da forno come pane, brioches, ecc,... e trovarli al mattino in una stanza comune. E' incluso anche l'accesso ad una vicina spa, e una card con la quale si possono fare numerose attività gratuite soprattutto con i ragazzi/bambini. La casa era perfetta per noi (6 persone) con una cucina completa di tutto e un bel portico dove poter mangiare all'aperto. Il lago Pressegger è bellissimo e molto rilassante con una spiaggia pubblica molto ben attrezzata. Si può raggiungere Villach in poco più di mezz'ora. Abbiamo passato una bella vacanza, ma per godere completamente del luogo bisogna rimanere ben più dei tre giorni che abbiamo potuto fare noi!

We stayed here with the family. The place was comfortable and perfect for 10 people. It was clean, organised and there was everything we needed for our weekend trip. Karin communicated with us through the whole trip and she was super helpful and kind when we needed help. Thank you!

Really comfy apartment that contained everything we needed. Close to town centre, quiet and nice view from the 4th floor. There is no elevator, which was fine with us, but important to know before you come. Owner was very helpful. We would come again. ❤️

An outmost beautiful place to stay. With maybe the best view i have aver had!! Great apartment too! Each room had their own bathroom accompanied with a nice kitchen/living room and adjoining balcony. But that is the least of it, the owners and their children where delightful. Very kind and generous people that took all effort to give us lovely stay.
