I can't put into words how incredible our stay at this enchanting house on the lake was. From start to finish, it was a truly magical experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and idyllic getaway. The house itself is a gem of architecture and design. With its large windows capturing the breathtaking view of the lake, and the cozy, tastefully decorated rooms, we felt at home from the first moment.

Beautiful apartment from which you can see directly on Lake Wörthersee! You can also walk to the lake. The facility is large, but you can easily find your way around. We really enjoyed starting the new year here!

Absolutely incredible place! What a fairytale. You are quite literally above the clouds! The house is set up in such a beautiful way- with every part having its own unique view of the valley. The hosts were so helpful and responsive to our needs! Would love to stay here again ❤️❤️❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at Theresienhof. Brigitte and Simone are very friendly and helpful. They give you lots of good tips about where to eat or where to go. You can also join Simone for a sport activity or Brigitte for a creative activity. We loved the breakfasts at the terras. The location is very fine. You can walk to the lake to cool down after an active day. We hope to come back.

Everything was perfect! This place was exactly what we needed: beautiful, cozy and with an amazingly peaceful garden. Holger was very helpful at all times, and very kind to equip is with fresh eggs from the chicken club. Would definitely love to come back.

The chalet is simply magnificent. We had such a lovely time there. Fantastic view, super nice owners, everything is super clean and beautifully designed. I can only recommend it.

I can only say that I was absolutely thrilled with my stay in this house. Everything was perfect! The hospitality, the amenities, the location with the magnificent view - everything was just right. Ramona was very nice and really thought of everything. We didn't miss anything, and we felt right at home. The house is new and beautiful. The decor is modern and tasteful. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I was particularly impressed by the location of the house. The view was simply breathtaking. It was so relaxing to sit in the in-house sauna and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The surrounding area is very idyllic. All in all, I highly recommend this hostess and the house. It was one of the best stays I've ever had I will definitely come back and look forward to it now.

We stayed in this home as a family for a week. It is a large, rustic house with many bedrooms and cozy flair thanks to the wood-burning stove. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking for many people. The living area has a small couch for 2-3 people, so as a large group you are more likely to linger at the dining table. For children, the farm is an absolute dream, as there is a lot to discover, an old barn with hay bales, cats, chickens and a former cowshed. There are many hiking trails in the area, and there is a forest right next door. Highly recommended accommodation for families with children seeking tranquility and relaxation.

We had a really very nice time! The house is beautifully located, very clean & well-maintained and nicely decorated. The kitchen is also super equipped. In addition, Marilu helps with all concerns and questions and gave us great tips for excursions, hikes, etc. in advance. We were all thrilled without exception and would be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in the vacation home in Ferlach! The house is very cozy, well equipped and clean so you immediately feel at home. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful nature around Ferlach, and the proximity to attractions and hiking trails is also a big plus. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We can recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting. The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!
