The apartment is well located, bright, tasteful and practical. We had a very good time and would come back at any time! very good value for the money.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The accommodation has everything you need and we felt very comfortable. The host informed us well and was easily accessible. Distance to the center of Piombino on foot about 10 minutes.

The apartment was great, clean. Check in process was flexible and easy to follow. The location is quite good, everything is walkable, sea is 2 min walk. For the car parking there is public free parking within a km, nearby parkings were always full with machines. Micbela was great, she was very responsive and every ask was satisfied. Everything is perfect in line with expectations. Careful apartment and excellent cleanliness at the time of check-in. The residence is well organized all in all near the beaches and the village. Great pool and common areas. PS: a negative note should be changed, sleeping well when you are on vacation is essential.

Great weeks stay at Guliano’s lovely apartment. It was situated in a great location, easy walk to bars , restaurants, beach and shops. had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. The washing machine was helpful and we loved the outside space.

The house is well-kept and very well equipped, the hostess is very kind and hospitable. Convenient location for the sea and amenities. Recommended!

It is impossible to over-emphasise how beautiful the Casa del Capitano is! Even before booking, Michael was extremely helpful and informative. I had chosen the property as the place to propose to my (now) Fiancé and Michael went out of his way to make sure all the little touches were in place that I asked for. The villa was immaculately clean with fires made up in the sauna and house ready to be lit. The views (especially from the jacuzzi) were breathtaking! The villa is completely private and perfect for a romantic get-away. Everything from the underfloor heating, technology and ascetics of the house made it a home from home! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for tranquility away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you for a truly memorable Italian experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return (maybe even for the honeymoon!) - Chris & Clare!

The stay on La Concordia was beautiful and we would definitely book the place again! The house is super nice, clean, well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The house has only topped the large pool and the stunning views! ;-) Senta is a super nice host and took great care of us, the check-in and communication during the stay were straightforward and hospitable! Thanks again to you at this point:) I can fully recommend the accommodation to all people who want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature, but do not want to do without cooling in the pool and comfort.

It felt like home 🥰 If you want to experience the Dolce Vita with children we recommend Alessia & Guido's place. Everything was clean, games available in the children's room, a pleasant exterior with furniture and a large umbrella essential for lunch outside in the sun. The surroundings and the beautiful city center of Massa Marittima was quickly accessible on foot. In addition, good communication with remote hosts: hassle-free check-in and checkout. What a great place! Clean, cozy, beautiful. The room smelled so good. I loved the decoration. I stayed only one night but wish I had more time to stay longer. The location is beautiful and peaceful. Rafaelle is a great host! I highly recommend his place.

Tastefully furnished apartment for a family. Centrally located but quietly located in the middle of Seccheto - practically with private parking, washer & dryer. We were there twice.

Barbara's apartment is super nice! The location is great, right in the middle of Massa Marittima and the view of the cathedral is unique! The apartment is very well equipped, well maintained and quiet! The transaction with Carlotta was very pleasant and worked perfectly! The place is very nice and reflects the description provided by the owner. Despite not taking the signal very well, the house is equipped with everything you need to stay multiple days comfortably. The only downside is that of parking, which often, during the period of stay, was uncomfortable due to the absence of a place near the house. Finally, it is worth emphasizing the kindness of the host who gave us all the necessary directions, even recommending a nearby trattoria where we can eat typical.

It was a great experience to stay in Suvereto’s quaint Old Town neighborhood. The accommodation was close to both a grocery store and pharmacy. The host was great to deal with and was very responsive to any questions that were asked. The location was a short drive to many other interesting towns such as: Campiglia Marittima and Massa Marittima.

A vacation of a few days between New Year's Eve and Epiphany. Sea villa near Marciana Marina (Elba), with beautiful views of the Gulf of Procchio and Capo Enfola. Very nice location. Obviously in winter you can't enjoy much sun and light and the outdoor spaces, very well organized, cannot be used fully. The apartment (part of the house) is comfortable for 6 people (we were 4 adults and two children in addition to our beagle), well-structured, very well maintained and recently refreshed and updated with three splits for cold and hot air. The pellet stove works great . Very clean rooms, nice and well-equipped kitchen (we didn't bring anything from home). Good quality beds. Two enough bathrooms for 6 people. Comfortable archaeological and a lot, a lot of friendliness and availability from the host and his relatives. No noise or disturbance issues. Everything is perfect and as advertised. Thank you Francesco. I hope to be back in the summer.

We were a family with 5 children. Apartment was great for us, as described and well equipped, for the price it was great. Host was very nice. Thank you. House was very quiet. Piombino is a beautiful city, very good pizza and really delicious ice cream.
