Located directly on the beautiful beachfront of the wonderful, old quarter of Sitges, with full, spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, this stylish, comfortable studio apartment is the perfect place to relax and feel at home. We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night.

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

The Englishman's house

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.

LA GUARDIA is a 70 Ha farm and forestry estate, 45 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Girona. Close to the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park and the Montseny Biosphere Reserve. The private apartment has everything you need: bed linen, towels and basic cooking equipment. The pool is shared with me, but the lower terrace is exclusively for guests. The location is ideal for those who enjoy nature: nearby is the Olèrdola Castle, perfect for walking or cycling.
