Amazing host! Truly one of the friendliest and most helpful hosts I’ve ever met. He’s always eager to assist, very responsive, and genuinely cares about your comfort. What stood out to me the most is how well he listens and understands your situation. As a student, I had certain limitations, and he was incredibly considerate and supportive throughout my stay. He responds quickly to any concerns and makes a real effort to resolve them. I was actually the first long-term guest at his place, and everything was exactly as described—clear, honest, and accurate. Every time we met, he greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I was doing well. The location is absolutely beautiful, and combined with the thoughtful hosting, it was truly worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Bett's cabin was amazing! A great place to get away from all the "busy" to relax and breathe. Sitting on the porch admiring the views and listening to the birds was spectacular. The kitchen had all the necessities to stay in and cook. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to sleep with the windows open at night. Bett was very friendly and kind. I definitely would recommend staying here!

Pinetum was the perfect weekend retreat. Peaceful, cozy, and everything you’d hope for in a cabin getaway. The space is beautifully designed with thoughtful touches throughout, creating a warm, restful atmosphere. We especially loved the outdoor areas—soaking under the trees was a highlight. We’d love to come back for another restful weekend away from Santa Fe!

Betty Jo's Place Off HWY 434 minutes from Mora

ChristineRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Stephanie's place was very spacious and clean. There was a cool pellet stove in the center of the house and 2 space heaters to keep the whole house toasty. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and cooking utensils. Stephanie was good with communicating directions to the house and communicating when we needed adjustments to the pellet stove temperature.
A compact bathroom area is displayed, featuring a minimalist white sink set against a speckled granite countertop. Dual mirrors flank the sink area, enhancing the sense of space. Soft natural light filters in, highlighting the earthy tones of the cabinetry.

5th Wheel Camper Northern NM

This is a wonderful place off the beaten path. Dogs are more than happy for pets and the alpacas will eat from your hand - not keen on pets yet. The hosts are spectacular giving local recommendations and always up for a chat. The RV is spacious and has the basics. Be sure you shop before arriving as it’s 20 minutes to a Dollar General and an hour+ for a grocery store. The dogs do patrol at night to protect the animals and they may bark just know you are safe. Can’t go wrong and will be ack when I’m in the area.

A Place of Refuge, Renewal & Escape

MichelleRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was SUCH a beautiful, peaceful and lovely place to spend some time in Santa Fe. There are several areas to be outside (a larger private courtyard with tables, chairs and a grill, a small patio off the living room, and one up a path overlooking the surrounding hills) and all of them are beautiful. It is peaceful and quiet, we loved the step down tiled shower with glass block, and the whole place was comfortable, cozy, and well-appointed. The kitchen has plates, glassware, pots and pans, utensils and some spices along with some bottles of cold water in the fridge. The dining room table is all set out if you want to make dinner or you can eat outside in the courtyard. You do need a car to go here and it is not super close to town but close enough to drive for shopping or breakfast/dinner, but sometimes that is exactly what you need to have that separation. Gina was extremely responsive and it was so easy to get in with solid directions to the casa. My husband and I LOVED it!
