Monthly Rentals in Cancún

The room was simple and clean. The patio was also charming. Carlos was very responsive and refilled supplies upon request. There aren't too many things to do in the area, but there is a fully equipped gym on the corner and some eateries one block up on the main road to the left.

Beautiful!!! Place!! Was a little lost on how to get here but the host was super responsive!! I would definitely stay here again snd recommend to my friends!

My stay was great! As a solo traveler felt safe and was able to easily work remotely. Home as pictured. The host was wonderful with communication. The community is gated and friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay unattached from the tourist areas this is it. I agree with other reviews about having a car when staying here. What you need is close but not walkable, hop on the bus close. I worked from home most days so Ubered when I needed to and ordered Uber Eats on the days I wanted to enjoy being home. Take a walk through the neighborhood for the outdoor playground and exercise area in the neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cancún in this place. The place looked like the photos and was really clean. The others guests were very quiet. The neighbourhood surrounding the place was lovely and walkable ( Mercado 28 and Parque de las Palapas). We highly recommend the place.
