This place is strategically located: It is very comfortable and with nice Caribbean decoration a few minutes walk from the ferry to Isla Mujeres, we are in the center of Cancun and the neighborhood is very quiet, 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed for 1 or 2 people, SmartTV and full bathroom, living room with Smart TV, Netflix and Wifi, dining room, equipped kitchen, garden in the backyard and laundry area and you can enjoy the cool nights in the garden room. Space to park your car.

It has a private pool in the house's patio, three bedrooms with TV, WiFi, Netflix, YouTube, etc. It also has 2 and a half bathrooms, parking and security, luxury finishes and air conditioning throughout the house, a large recreation area in the condominium with a barbecue, swimming pool and games for children, located on the main avenue, 5 minutes from the hotel area and downtown Cancun.
