Beachfront vacation rentals in Cancún

Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

Carlos was very responsive and helpful with our stay. From meeting us 2 hours late due our plane being delayed, to letting us check out late because our flight was in the afternoon, Carlos was very accommodating. The property and views are everything a first time visit to Cancun are supposed to be, they draw you in and just make you want to keep coming back.

Wonderful place for a great and relaxing weekend, high standards by all means.

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

Excellent place, the view is spectacular from the apartment's balcony, the reception service and the cleanliness is fantastic, my only drawback is that there was a coffee maker but there was no coffee, apart from that everything is wonderful.

Hard to describe how magical the shell houses were! Each house was incredible and unique, filled with thoughtful details and artistic touches. Miss Vanessa was amazing and helped arrange many things to celebrate my birthday including a private chef. Our group of friends loved the stay, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend, it’s dreamy!

Rosie is a great host and her apartment is wonderful. It is evident that it was recently renovated and offers a spectacular ocean view. We enjoyed our stay very much, even more thanks to the details he had with us: he left us a bottle of wine, sweets for the children, as well as water and drinks. Really, a first-class hostess; I'd come back a thousand times.

Super energy, great stay The description of the directions was great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The place was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt immediately comfortable. The view is awesome, but also the flair of the back of the house, so I liked the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water available and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to make a big purchase. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, great. At night, it was loud on the beach: people, music and motorcycle shows. It's only fair to mention this for people who are light sleepers. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. Beautiful accommodation, met all expectations. Super central and in front of Playa Caracol. The center of the hotel zone is very close and the bus stop is also.

Everything is fine. Some minor cleaning details, such as the curtains. For everything else, very good. The beach is steps away. The restaurants across the street are very good. The Oxxo is within walking distance.

This is the second time I've stayed in Yuliana's apartment, with the payment of $100 pesos per person for the use of the facilities. It's an excellent option since we were able to join the games they do in the pool and get a discount for food tickets. The apartment was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay, we will definitely return. Thanks for everything, Yuliana.

What a great place! Right on the beach! My wife and I wanted to stay somewhere away from the hotel zone, and Frankie’s place was perfect! He helped us with directions to the hotel and showed us around when we got there. The room is just as described. You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the beautiful Caribbean right outside your door! Frankie recommended a place called Flamingos, about a mile away, for dinner and it was amazing. We had local caught fish cooked to order and excellent cocktails at our table on the beach. Thank you Frankie for making our short stay one we will always remember!

Highly recommended, both the accommodation and Jessica's attention and service. In the 16 days we stayed, we didn't have a single problem. She was always attentive if we were offered something or needed help with something. Thank you for everything

Where to begin! The pictures don't do it justice. Amazing Villa/apartment. The guards very helpful and attentive, clean big spacious and the AC worked great! Just loved it

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

My family and I loved this place so peaceful no one bothering in anyway the rooftop pool amazing the times we were there it was empty, also ale made our stay so easy she help us get a rental car and the rental please were able to dropped off at the apartment. Everyone was friendly and helpful so don’t doubt about this place everything is like the pictures show you, you will love it

AMAZING VIEWS!! This place was very clean from the inside. Gianmarco responded very quickly & even left welcome drinks which was great to cool off. The AC was very powerful and kept the whole room cool.

Jacqueline was an incredible host, probably the best I’ve ever encountered. She was so willing to accommodate any request that I had (a keyboard!) and super responsive, amazingly gracious host. The home is nicely appointed. She had lots of personal touches like coffee pods, a few extra drinks and treats, patio chair to take to the beach, as well as an umbrella and beach bag, beach towels, and even a first aid kit. She thought of so many items that make a beach vacation amazing without having to fit them in your suitcase. Her assistant Flor was also Lovely and since I had a three week stay there they cleaned my cabin once a week. I did not expect that and was very grateful for it. Other reviews will talk about the noise and it is true, you do have to get used to the noise. I live on a farm so I’m not used to nighttime noise, but she ordered a special kind of earplugs for me while I stayed there. Beach is only a five minute walk away and it is easy to take the all the attractions.

Carla & Sebastian were super helpful & detailed in messages. They set up a driver from the airport, which I then paid the nice driver directly. They are very friendly and responsive. The building seems fairly new so there weren’t many people there and it was peaceful. The whole area is very secure. The apartment is really stunning, has pretty furniture, and a comfortable bed. AC worked well and the shower had good pressure. I absolutely love how wide the balcony doors opened in both the living room and bedroom. Lüften approved! The beachclub/restaurant isn’t much, and about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. I went to the restaurant at 1:00PM to get lunch one day but they serve breakfast until 3:00PM so I left & never ended up trying it. I never found a rooftop pool.
