Beach house vacation rentals in Cancún

Such a gorgeous and well decorated/designed place! We loved the atmosphere and you can’t beat having a pool and the ocean right outside your bedroom! It’s centrally located and easy to get to Playa Norte or explore the south. Paco was very accommodating and we’d love to return sometime!

Evelyne's accommodation was exactly as described in the listing. My family loved it and it is very well located. It's easy to get to the hotel area by public transport. I highly recommend the accommodation, in addition to feeling at home and the area is very relaxed and above all safe. Evelyn was always attentive. I would definitely come back.

Location was great, close to bus stops and close just about all the good restaurants. We were able to check in early due to having an early flight and able to check out later since we had a later flight which we really appreciated

Raul’s place was very spacious and clean. We loved how each room was private and had their own bathrooms. It was nice to have spots that we could all gather, but also nice to have our privacy. The house has very basic amenities, there is a small convenient store across the street and a grocery store not too far. The golf carts option is extremely convenient and well worth the money! Raul is very friendly. I would recommend Oscar’s grill, the al pastor pizza was so different! Laguna tres mujeres has great margaritas. Minino’s has yummy seafood!

This place was perfect for my family of 6 adults. Everything about it was great. Clean kitchen, restrooms, baths, bedrooms, linens, and floors. Great views & great location. Perfect parking for 2 golf carts. Everything works very well - pool, showers, toilets, running water, refrigerator. I’m super pleased!

We had a great stay! The house was in a fantastic location and the pool area was clean and very nice. Just a heads-up: the pool is shared, so you’ll likely run into other guests — sometimes with music playing. It’s a fun vibe if you're looking for a lively atmosphere, but maybe not ideal if you're hoping for quiet relaxation. The shared sitting area in front of the complex was also clean and a perfect spot to enjoy the beach. The house itself could use a bit of maintenance — the front door is cracked, and a few other doors could use a fresh coat of paint. We also had some minor issues with the downstairs AC and the main bathroom, but Ale was amazing and helped us out right away. Her support and customer service were excellent. Despite the small issues, we 100% recommend this place!

Private villa, perfect to hang back in a group. Neighbors are very quiet. Pool and beach right at your doorstep, what else could you want!? Quick walk next door to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Will definitely come back!

The house is private with all the amenities you may need. It is located in a great spot and easy to find.

Our day was in a perfect location for the wedding we were attending. It was a very peaceful area. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio, especially in the evening, looking at the lights across the lagoon.

Large, modern, quiet 2 bed / 2.5 bath condo. Was perfect for our family of 4. Easy walk to beach (less than 5 minutes), “Bamboo” spa (my wife loved it), and great restaurants (Ilios, Nicoletta, Puerto Madero, Fred’s). Huge chef’s kitchen. Clutch: bottled water from the fridge water dispenser! Pool was being treated during our stay…and there’s another pool in the photos we didn’t see. It would have been nice to at least lie out a bit. We didn’t see the “backyard” that was in the photos - the backyard is a small pool (so it’s very quiet). Know that the beach side is private spaces for the hotels, so while you can go to the beach (it’s gorgeous, you should), there aren’t any chairs you can sit in (it’s for hotel guests). Bring a big blanket and maybe your own umbrella. We used washer/dryer daily. Security is with a private guard who has to let you in/out - never had any issues. Overall, we had an awesome time in Cancun - and the value for this Airbnb is great.

Great, quiet place to stay. About a minute walk to the beach where there are really tasty restaurants. Host is very kind and always ready to help out. 10/10

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

We just returned from a lovely week on Isla Mujeres. There were 7 of us staying at the villa and we LOVED the outdoor space, beach, and pool area. Actually can’t say enough about how awesome the location, walkable things to do, and on-site staff was. We had massages on the beach which were a 10/10 experience. The beds were comfortable and the A/C fab when needed. Someone else commented about the layout and it is a different floor plan - not a problem at all and offered us all private space as needed to rest or work. We were outside enjoying the grounds or exploring the island 90% of our waking hours. We chartered a private boat, Blue Dreams, and they picked us up on the dock (so much fun!). We would absolutely stay here again.

Even more beautiful than the pictures! If you appreciate architecture and traditional Mexican homes, you’ll love this stay. It was perfect for our family and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved staying at Karla and Luis’s Villa. The location was private. The beach was a very short walk away. We would love to visit again soon.

I fell in love with the house, I loved the decor and the cleanliness, it is very well located. We didn't want to go, I loved every detail and Mayra was very helpful at all times I already want to return to Isla Mujeres and stay at Casa Cihuatl again.

Our stay was extremely pleasant thanks to the hospitality of our host, who welcomed us with great kindness despite our arrival in the middle of the night. From the first moment she showed exceptional willingness, always remaining attentive and available through the phone for any request or query. The property was impeccably clean and tidy, and we were pleasantly surprised with the provision of supplies for personal hygiene, general cleanliness and coffee. In addition, the air conditioners worked perfectly, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment at all times. Without a doubt, their care and dedication made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Villa was as described. We had 6 people and ample room for all. Could use some updates in patio funiture as we kept getting covered in black paint specks when we used it. Also more detailed instructions on how to use the stove/oven, the washer/dryer combo and the TV. Location was great for beach access and the beach chairs provided were great. It was easy to access transportation ( bus/taxi/Uber) to get around the area. Jorge also arranged the airport transfers which made logistics easier. We would defintiely stay again if we had a group going to the area.
