Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

Wij hebben onlangs zes heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in een prachtige villa in Cullera, op slechts een half uurtje rijden van Valencia. De villa ligt in een rustige, nette wijk en is ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van het strand. Wat direct opvalt, is dat de woning spiksplinternieuw oogt. Alles is netjes afgewerkt, de kamers zijn schoon en ruim, en het interieur is smaakvol ingericht. Er is meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een gezin, zowel binnen als buiten. Vooral het ruime terras nodigt uit om lekker buiten te eten en te genieten van het Spaanse zonnetje. Een van de grote pluspunten was het prachtige privézwembad, waar onze kinderen werkelijk niet uit weg te slaan waren. Ook praktisch: je kunt de auto gewoon op de oprit parkeren, wat fijn is in deze buurt. Cullera zelf heeft ook genoeg te bieden. Het strand is heerlijk breed en schoon, en een bezoek aan het kasteel is zeker de moeite waard. Kortom: een heerlijke plek waar we ons direct thuis voelden en vlakbij Valencia!

Fijne rustige locatie. In 20 min lopen was je zo in het centrum van Requena. Lekkere tuin en mooi zwembad. Voor ons net te koud maar dat was de periode van het jaar. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien Incl goede bedden. Fijne en goede communicatie met de host.

Heerlijke woning in rustige buurt. Lekker zwembad dat ook in April prima te gebruiken is. Luxe ingericht en alles is aanwezig. Echt een mooie woning. Kan ook altijd waarderen als alle kruiden voor koken er zijn ;-) Ashley reageert snel en vriendelijk. Wij waren met 3 kinderen en 2 volwassenen.

El alojamiento es excelente, tiene todo lo que necesitas y se encuentra situado en una zona tranquila. Tienes tu propio bosque de patio, la pileta es super linda y el acceso es rápido. Ideal para ir con perro porque el patio está vallado y tiene mucho espacio para que ellos anden sueltos y disfruten la naturaleza. En resumen, un placer haber elegido este alojamiento. Estamos muy contentos, pudimos descansar y desconectar como queríamos.

Estela y Aurora son encantadoras, muy atentas y amables. La casa es espectacular, la tranquilidad, el terreno, la barbacoa… hemos desconectado mucho con nuestro peque de 1 año que ha disfrutado en la piscina y corriendo por el césped. La casa también está genial pero hay algunos electrodomésticos algo antiguos, y las camas no nos han parecido especialmente cómodas. Renovando algunos detalles de la casa (mobiliario/electrodomesticos) y las camas (+almohadas), sería un absoluto 10!

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

Superbe logement très propre et bien décoré, un lit vraiment confortable. Très bien pour profiter de la belle plage, moins bien si on veut visiter la ville car il faut compter 40mn en bus et après 22h30 il reste que le taxi. Dans l'ensemble c'était parfait pour le calme et l'accès direct à la plage. Rosana est très serviable et sympathique. Valencia est splendide !!

Siamo stati in questo appartamento con un gruppo di 8 amici e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è molto bella, curata nei dettagli e pulitissima, perfetta per un soggiorno in compagnia. Anche se non abbiamo incontrato di persona la proprietaria, è sempre stata disponibile e puntuale nel rispondere alle nostre domande, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La posizione è un po’ fuori dal centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile: circa 15 minuti in taxi oppure 40 minuti con i mezzi pubblici.

Would recommend to anyone for peaceful and tranquil retreat Lola was a great host and we wanted for nothing. Lola met us in the local town and we followed her for five minutes to property.

La maison est très belle, très propre, très confortable et très bien décorée. Les propriétaires ont su garder le charme d'une maison typique de village tout en la rendant confortable. L'hôte est très réactif et a répondu très vite aux messages que je lui ai envoyés. Grâce aux instructions très claires, il a été très facile de trouver la maison. Bref, notre séjour fut très agréable dans cet hébergement atypique.

This apartment high above Serra is unique. The climb to get there is steep, but worth the effort. Carlos' place is small but spacy. The beds in the 2 bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is sunny during afternoon and evening with a great view. There is a large parasol to put up that will provide a large shade. The bathroom is quite small and the toilet doesn't flush easily. A bakery is very close by as is the Charter supernarket which offers a wide range of (fresh) products. Carlos was always reachable and gave us perfect directions and instructions. A parking is just below the house. We recommend bar Jubilats Serra for drinks with an amazing view, Les Moreres for a nice meal or Descanso for amazing paella and the most friendly staff. Even during the power blackout on april 28 they kept cooking in the dark kitchen and they kept serving beers as long as possible! Gracias Carlos, we will be back!

The place was easy to find, clean and well stocked. It does have a plunge pool but we didn’t use it because the water was cold. The location is ok. About a 25 min walk to the old town center so a bit of a walk. Parking is tough. Street parking is almost unattainable. We had to park blocks and blocks away. So if you have a car be aware. Host was quick to respond.

This is probably one of my favorite Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Big, comfortable, near the metro but without being too on top of it or noisy. Easy to get into the city but still can relax away from it by the end of the day. I would easily book Carol's place again.

Eva es genial. Contratamos el chalet para celebrar el primer cumpleaños de nuestro bebé con la familia. Eva nos dejó visitar el chalet tiempo antes para pensar en los preparativos, también nos facilitó ir llevando cosas el jueves de antes del evento para organizarnos mejor. Ha estado muy atenta con todo y personalmente es una chica muy simpática y extrovertida. El chalet es de 10, tanto en la decoración como en los detalles que tiene, la piscina, las habitaciones, la terraza, incluso, la barra!!! Supera con creces todo lo que uno puede pedir. Muchas gracias por todo, ha sido un fin de semana maravilloso. Recomendadisima!!!

We loved the house in Baldovar, it’s a very cozy house with a great indoor fire place and bbq. The town was very quiet town and perfect for a tranquil retreat. One of the best places to see the starry night, many walking trails around the house and in the area. Wi-Fi also perfect for working from home. Jesus is a great host, very helpful and communicative. Will definitely repeat!

La casa de Sandra es preciosa, muy espaciosa y se encuentra en un lugar privilegiado, rodeado de naturaleza. Sandra fue una anfitriona estupenda, nos explicó todo muy bien y nos recomendó rutas de senderismo interesantes en la zona.

No es la primera vez que vamos y repetiremos seguro. Casa muy acogedora, cocina totalmente equipada buenas vistas, con jardín y aparcamiento privado. Los anfitriones siempre atentos y disponibles.

Nos hemos alojado en la casa de Teresa y ha sido una experiencia inmejorable. La casa es preciosa, amplia, cómoda y decorada con un gusto exquisito. Está ubicada en pleno corazón de Requena, lo que la hace aún más especial. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa, todo está pensado al detalle y se nota el cariño con el que han preparado cada rincón. No podemos ponerle ni un solo pero. Además, Teresa ha sido una anfitriona fantástica: siempre disponible, atenta y flexible con los horarios de entrada y salida. Nos ha gustado tanto que ya hemos reservado para volver el año que viene. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

La casa muy bonita, cómoda y buenas instalaciones. La anfitriona muy amable y atenta desde el minuto cero...con buenas recomendaciones sobre rutas en la zona, compras, comidas... De las 4 habitaciones sólo 1 era pequeña y sin ventana al exterior. En general EXCELENTE.

Fantastisch verblijf. Leuk dorp. Prachtige omgeving om te hiken en wandelen. Marina zorgde voor een prima ontvangst en had zelfs allerlei tips betreffende de omgeving.
