What a perfect apartment in a great location. beautiful view s out to sea. Great to have a washing machine during our stay. Everything about the apartment was excellent. A few minutes to the beach and all the beach restaurants.

Take great care of the details, it's up to the traveler. It is very complete and well equipped. Air conditioning, wifi and television that work great. And private parking. Excellent owner treatment.

Listing was exactly as described. I can't complain Beds were great, kitchen great. Always happy to stay again.

What an amazing place. The photos looked good but the reality is so much better. With some lovely little touches that really made me feel at home and more. Astrid couldn't have been more helpful. Even down to the last day when I was ill and Astrid offered a place for me to stay if I couldn't travel - fortunately, I could travel but it was reassuring to know that there was an option if needed. Amazing and I can't recommend highly enough.

This host was always easily accessible and despite different languages we got along well. The house was extremely clean and offered us a good location for a home office for 3 months. We will be happy to come back here.

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

We've had a very nice stay at Wim's place. The house is lovely and Wim responded quickly to the questions we had along the way. We were two families with children and the house was a good fit for us. Quiet neighborhood.

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

Our stay in Javea has been incredible, mainly thanks to Inma, from the first moment he recommended places to visit, how to get to them and the best tricks about the area. A spectacular host. The apartment is just like the photos you share and has all the services you describe. Definitely if we have the opportunity to return we will choose it again. Cleaning 10/10.

Excellent place to stay in Benidorm, right on the beach with a nice small grocery shop underneath - perfect location, immacuately clean modern property with everything you need in it, with AC and great black out blinds, lovely host who is very welcoming and friendly, could not recommend high enough, fantastic.

Our stay at Sebastian's went very well. The accommodation is functional and modern, located in a quiet and family-friendly area (close to a national) Very close pools, convenient with children, and beach 10 minutes away by car. Very nice welcome from Sebastian who was very friendly.

Apartment was exactly what we expected. Clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was unreal, worth every penny. We will definitely be using Hegoys apartment again. Hegoy was extremely friendly, helpful and very responsive with any queries I had.

A clean, spacious apartment, well-equipped, in an enclosed housing estate. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, great for long walks. A great base for nearby attractions. Great communication with your host. Highly recommend.
