This is a beautiful apartment, well equipped, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The building is new and very well maintained. Wendy is friendly and knowledgeable about the apartment and the area. It has secured parking underground and it’s in a great position to explore the local areas. A really good find, thanks Wendy .

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Spotlessly clean, all the equipment is modern and in like-new condition, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were all the essentials for a comfortable stay: dishwashing tablets, sunflower oil, seasonings, laundry tablets, etc. Even though it wasn’t hot during our stay, there are plenty of air conditioners throughout the apartment. The parking is also very convenient—you get a pass for a secure public parking area just a 3-minute walk away, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot. Lastly, a big thank you to Delphine and Marco for being amazing hosts. They were always available and ready to help.

We had a great stay at Luis Apartment. The apartment is modern and very well equipped. The layout was very good for 4 adults and one baby (baby bed is provided). Central heating, which is very important in winter. Great terraces, large garden with pool and an outdoor playground for our toddler. Luis and Olga are very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

We stayed in Henrik's beautiful house just for 5 days, we couldn't of asked for a more beautiful place to stay. It was immaculate when we turned up, the place is so big and spacious no one felt like they was on top of eachother. Air con in every room but the house didn't even get that hot due to how spacious it was. DIfferent areas of the house to do things in, the best view is the top terrace, watching the sunset every night was just amazing. BBq was easy to use and big table for us all the sit around outside aswell as in. Every bed was very comfortable, and every bedroom had its own bathroom. Henrik's and his wife was very good as communicating, helped with everything I needed. Which wasnt much as they have a booklet with everything in. The pool is lovely with chairs in the sun and in the shade too. Only issue we had was taxi where never there but scooters where good and easy to get. We will Definitely be back, Albir is a beautiful area. Family of 5 that couldn't of been happier 😊

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

Very nice quality home! The host was also understanding of the family situation where it was more about us taking care of a relative, than a real holiday, but very nice nevertheless

Great private area and beautiful home

We had a wonderful week at Bonita Stay’s Villa. The villa offered us all we could wish for, especially the heated pool. Lovely villa, clean, spacious and in a lovely quiet location. We are a group of friends with young kids and every summer we rent a house and this is one of the favorite houses rented. The area is great, 15min away of many different options to spend the day on the coast (Moraira, Javea..). The house has beautiful views on the surrounding hills with no overlooking neighbors. Great taste inside the house with a modern deco and a touch of balinese inspiration, the most used area is the open dining room / kitchen with plenty of light from the glass walls and a good breeze by crossing ventilation. The outdoors are great with different options for dining and chatting and the swimming pool is really nice. The plus for the kids was the trampoline for spending energy, we’ve rented in august and the trampoline stays cool at the shadow of a tree. Georgina and Mark were available all the time required and really sounded friendly. If we have the opportunity we will definitely repeat. Terima kasih ;)

Our stay in Javea has been incredible, mainly thanks to Inma, from the first moment he recommended places to visit, how to get to them and the best tricks about the area. A spectacular host. The apartment is just like the photos you share and has all the services you describe. Definitely if we have the opportunity to return we will choose it again. Cleaning 10/10.

Hi there, the location was perfect near you have a lot pubs, restaurants! The beac it’s literally 3-4 minutes walk! also, you have a underground car park for free!! which is important when you are with the car on Benidorm ! The house is amazing everything is new very good very beautiful house and also the best view I have in Benidorm. I recommend for the next year I’m gonna come back at that place again.

I highly recommend this place, it was clean spacious and had great views. The pool area is very nice and big.

We stayed in Victor’s apartment during 15 days and it was amazing. The apartment was exactly like the photos, it has e everything to spend a nice days relaxing , the area was quite calm, the building is very organized and clean and it’s close to the restaurants, bars, supermarket and the beach. Victor is a great host, always prompt to help, solve issues and provides the feedback very quickly. I recommend Victor and the apartment to all that would like to spend their holidays near the sea and relaxing.
