Welcome to La Hija de Kika, a quiet and characterful loft in the historic centre of Calella, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. Located on the ground floor beside Els Filipinos, a distinctive Modernist house dating from 1906, the loft combines contemporary comfort with a setting rich in architectural character and local history. The apartment has been carefully renovated and furnished with a distinctive mix of design, comfort and personality. Bright and peaceful, it is ideal for couples or friends looking for a well-equipped base close to everything. The loft opens onto a private courtyard and garden, offering a calm outdoor space for breakfast, reading or an evening drink. The sleeping area features a zip-and-link bed with two separate mattresses that can be prepared either as twin beds or joined together as a king-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for short and longer stays, with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, fridge and everything needed to prepare meals with fresh local ingredients. La Hija de Kika is designed to feel less like a standard holiday rental and more like a home with its own identity. Golf enthusiasts can also reach Camiral, formerly PGA Catalunya, by car. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, it has a living room, 1 room with 2 single beds of 90cm c/u, 1 bathroom, kitchenette. It is a 3rd floor with outside elevator and corner.
