Family-friendly vacation rentals in Caldes d'Estrac

Dave and Monica are superb hosts, with a beautiful and immaculate villa that has all you could possibly need. Monica’s communications were excellent and she was extremely helpful in providing any information we needed and even went to the supermarket for us as we were arriving late. We had a late arrival due to passport control and hire car collection, however, we all kept in contact and they were there late to show us around the villa. We had an excellent time so thank you both.

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

The host was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The location is excellent, although it can get a little noisy at night.

We went this weekend with my husband and it was an incredible experience, the apartment is very well cared for and with a lot of taste, super clean and very well equipped. The hot tub is amazing! It's perfect if you're looking for relaxation and intimacy. I'd like to highlight the tranquility of the area, the common areas are very good! The heated pool is a treat. David took care of us wonderfully, very attentive and pleasant! We'll be back for sure! Thank you for your hospitality.

Spacious villa with good amenities and activities. Clean. But lived in feel which was a positive as we also felt like we could live in it whilst staying. Everything seemed to work. Some niggles. At top of a steep hill, so troublesome for the less able to walk anywhere from. Also very tight spiral staircase is the only access to the bunk beds upstairs, and the pool table, again off limits to the less able and perhaps children. Jacuzzi has a good view down the valley, but under heavy spikey tree cover. We found location really difficult if wanted to use taxi or public transport. But we enjoyed our stay which is all that really counts.

We had a great time here! Paco was so warm and welcoming, making our arrival a joy. The apartment is very spacious, clean and smart, with a lovely balcony perfect for an al fresco breakfast. The area is great as well - peaceful, well served by supermarkets and bakeries, 5 min walk from the beach and easy to get into the city proper via public transport or a 20-30 min stroll. Would highly recommend, and will definitely stay again next time I’m in town!

We truely got the best experience of Barcelona for our first time, Melissa's home was perfect! Beautiful apartment, immaculate & had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Balcony was brilliant for sitting with coffee in the morning or a wine at night. Sun hits you first thing in the morning which is a treat. Bed was very comfortable. I'm a light sleeper & was a little anxious about the noise with it being so close to a busy junction. Found that so long as you close the shutters & doors there was no issue at all :) Location was fantastic, great neighbour hood & very safe/friendly vibes. We walked every other night to the Sagrada after dinner. Really is something else at night. Casa Batlló walkable. We got the metro a lot, which is right round the corner from the apartment, super quick & easy. Bristol for coffee, casa Cheli for tapas and la Cava Cakery - all yummy & close to the apartment. Will be recommending to friends & family, would love to come back, thank you for having us.

Jeannine was very responsive while we had a problem getting inside. Which has a great location for a break! Small and functional, the apartment offers everything you need for the stay. Thanks to Jeannine for this beautiful opportunity by the sea!

What a beautiful place—full of history and so much to do. Laia and her family were incredibly attentive, and I absolutely loved the concept. The rooms were comfortable and just right. My family and I really enjoyed the surroundings as well. The only downside (and not about the place itself!) is that we wished we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely be coming back. Honestly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever been—and I grew up not far from Santa Eulalia :)

warming, convenient, nice place to stay

We enjoyed the absolutely stunning views from the balcony, the easy-to-use kitchen, and having everything we needed – from a deck of playing cards to a broom for sweeping up. It's a super relaxing place to spend time with family and friends. Something to be aware of: you can hear the people next door through the walls... the ones staying there when we were there were quite noisy. I'd bring earplugs next time.

Silvia was an amazing host! Very friendly and helpful, had wonderful recommendations. The place was beautiful and was even better than the pictures! The neighborhood was our favorite because it’s quiet and has great restaurants and bars walking distance. If we ever go back to Barcelona we will definitely go back to Patio Gracia!

Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay. Given some unfortunate rental car dramas, we had to seek Carmen's help & flexibility. SHe was amazing and went way beyond the call. We are very appreciative of her help! The house was beautiful - wonderfully peaceful and best described as a private resort. You will need a car but it is well worth exploring the surronding villages. The pool and mater bedroom were standouts for us.

In the beautiful village in a quiet street is the nice apartment of Christa. Host Domingo was already waiting for us and helped us quickly on our way. Even afterwards, he was easy to approach and we had good contact. The apartment itself is great with the partially covered terrace with beautiful views. Furnishings are very stylish and complete and beds are fine.

We spent a weekend with friends in spectacular scenery. The farmhouse is beautiful, very cozy, has more amenities than you could ever imagine: comfortable beds, all the rooms have a bathroom, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, wifi, garden area with barbecue, hammocks, pingpong, games, pool... we enjoyed the company of 2 kittens, 2 dogs, goats...all a love and the hosts are super friendly and attentive to detail. The road to get there is not recommended for very low cars, but a normal car accesses without a problem. A thousand thanks Pilar and Mercé, we will be back for sure!!

The property is beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by nature. The atmosphere is peaceful and the hosts are incredibly generous, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. From the house, there is direct access to a marked trail that leads into a stunning forest with several hiking options, including a path that climbs the mountain and reaches breathtaking viewpoints. The shared outdoor areas are large, diverse, and well-maintained. There are swings and a small playground for children, a lovely pool, a very spacious garden, and plenty of different seating areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The nearest village is about a 7-minute walk away. It has only one small shop with very basic supplies, and one restaurant that is not open every day. We highly recommend bringing your own food and ingredients and enjoying cooking at the house. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place to anyone l

Ester and Marc were extremely accommodating snd flexible! They made it very easy to get in touch with and answer questions and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

this accommodation is very well located. its assets has the view from the 6th floor of the sea and its large sunny terrace. Clean and comfortable space. Maite and Gabi are very responsive. we recommend it.

We had a great time! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, even some things for the kids to use in the pool which was a nice surprise. The communication with the host was excellent, with late check in provided and a list of local recommendations before we arrived. Only a short walk to the beach and the train station was really useful for getting around as we didn’t have a car.

Very beautiful apartment in walking distance to the beach. There is a bus stop very close by so getting to the city center is easy as well. Nat provided clear instructions and gave many recommendations in the area. I can highly recommend staying here!

Lucio is a great host gave quick responses to messages. The villa was ideal for out of 7 . Lovely pool unfortunately we did get to use it grandkids did thou would highly recommend Lucios Villa

We rented this incredible villa for 17 girls and we had the best weekend ever! The Villa is out of this world, well equipped to deal with a large group of people and has great amenities. Ana was incredibly responsive, useful and kind. We loved the private chef Ana recommended. Ana also has some very helpful contacts with the taxis, so this made it easier to get places if you don’t rent a car (which would be recommended). The only slight downside was the food shop wasn’t processed so we had to get a taxi to a supermarket which was 10 minutes away, but other than that, it was perfect! I would love to return :)
