We stayed 9 days with my daughter and grandchildren , we were very well received by Gabriella, the owner who gave us all the directions on the beautiful and very bright house equipped with everything and full of every comfort and very clean and making us find the pantry full of breakfast products according to our preferences. She is an extraordinary person attentive to everything, making us find in the refrigerator a bottle of prosecco for welcome and other food, never had a welcome so ,the house is very welcoming. It was like living in your home there was nothing missing. Gabriella was always available for any of our questions . The apartment is in one of the most beautiful and most comfortable areas of Livorno: in the small 'Venice' with canals and boats, near the port and in the city center, with the best restaurants right outside the house. The apartment is in a newly renovated building (like the apartment itself) with a modern, essential and very comfortable style. The cleanliness is impeccable. We'll definitely be back.

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

Very good communication with Francesco who is very attentive. The accommodation is in a perfect location for visiting Florence, Pisa, the Cinque Terre. It is also well-equipped. The bedding is of good quality.

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Comfortable and convenient apartment for my parents as it has no stairs, is clean, tidy, and had everything. The warm welcome of Giacomo's parents made the stay start in the best way, they are fantastic people who take care of their guests in every way.

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4. There's nothing missing as the other reviews have already described. Frederica was always available and very helpful when questions came up in the first few days. We also enjoyed the large, beautiful garden and often met the two dogs, the cat and the three turtles there. The bikes are suitable for short distances within Marina. Many thanks also to Cristina, who was also always hospitable and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

Antignano is about 6 km from downtown Livorno, but the bus/train runs right nearby. We did not need a car to do all the sightseeing we wanted. The shops you need are very close, bakery, grocery, butcher, pharmacy. Very friendly shopkeepers as well! Giovanna and Fabio are fabulous people, and went way above and beyond our expectations with recommending sights to see, and even giving us a lift to and from the train station! We loved our 2 weeks at Casa dei Remi!

Very positive experience. Well organized and clean house, close to the sea but far from the noise of the center. I'd love to come back if I'm in the area. Only flaw: it may not be easy to find parking, despite being paid everywhere. We parked and didn't move the car again.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

I would definitely book this apartment again. It was in a great location and easy to get to. The loft was nice and made it feel very spacious. quick walk to the terrazza and several places to eat. Thank you for a great stay. Next time it will be longer for sure!

The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. First of all, it's in a beautiful area one block from the Viareggio walkway and still near the sea. In addition, Gabriele was always very attentive to resolving all our concerns, we will stay again another time.
