The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

Located in a historic complex, a former summer colony built in the 1930s, it is surrounded by a large private park with pine, holm oak and palm trees. The property was the setting of the Comencini film "Tutti a casa" with Alberto Sordi.
