My Seahouse

In conversation I mentioned my husband was feeling unwell, Francesco went straight to the pharmacy and bought him some medicine. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed plus more. We absolutely loved the apartment, it was actually even nicer as on the pictures! We spent 6 nights there at the beginning of May and therefore could still enjoy the quiet time before the high season starts. The flat is literally 30 meters away from the beach and you find everything you need around (grocery shop, restaurants, bars...). We really felt like at home, the flat is very nicely decorated, with warm colours which makes it unbelievably cosy. Mariella ist the best host you can wish for, with a smile on her face, always ready to help. We definitely recommend!!

Myself and my husband had an amazing stay at Emiliano’s home. It was definitely one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in , we didn’t want for anything the house was fully equipped, the view from the terrace was outstanding . Quercinella is a beautiful village right beside the sea , which is just a small 10 minute walk from the house . Emiliano and Alessandro gave us fantastic recommendations and lots of information which helped us a lot . I would definitely recommend this Airbnb . We hope to stay there again in the near future . We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. Wir durften vier wunderschöne Wochen dort verbringen. Das Haus ist einfach, aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Veranda und der Garten sind ein Highlight. Bäcker, Mini-Markt, Metzger, diverse kleine Restaurants, eine Bar direkt am Meer sind alle fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Menschen dort sind wahnsinnig nett! Francesco ist äußerst aufmerksam! Er hatte Kaffee, einen Obstkorb, Zutaten für ein erstes Essen und eine Flasche Wein bereitgestellt, sodass wir nicht direkt einkaufen mussten. Und er war bei Fragen und für Tipps jederzeit erreichbar! Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Leonardo und Vanessa toll! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, super sauber und ruhig, mit Blick aufs Meer 😍 Es gibt eine super ausgestattete Küche und nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß und man kann von einem kleinen Steg aus ins Wasser klettern und schwimmen gehen. Die Lage ist wirklich wunderbar, nicht weit von Bahnhof um die umliegenden Städte zu erkunden aber auch direkt an einer Bus Station von der man an die wunderschöne Küste im Süden fahren kann. Elena is an excellent host. She was flexible with our arrival time and met us at the apartment. She made sure we were comfortable in the apartment and neighborhood. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and close to the beach and promenade. The experience exceeded our expectations. We would gladly return.
