Family-friendly vacation rentals in Cala Sant Vicenç

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was spotless, in perfect working order and the host was very friendly and helpful. The house was modern and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rooftop terrace with hot tub was the icing on the cake! We all loved being in the peaceful residential area of town and within walking distance of the supermarkets, on the lovely lake walk.

We stayed the second time in the villa and enjoyed it very much. Very clean and friendly. Definitely recommend it.

We loved our stay with Heber and Bibi! ❤️ they were the sweetest and most helpful hosts and we felt like home. The animals were adorable and the nature stunning. Us parents could have a coffee on a terrace while kids were playing outside. Relaxing and lovely holiday. Absolutely recommended 5/5!

We had a very nice week at Toni's house. Everything was very well prepared and the fruit bowl to welcome you was super delicious. The location is very quiet and at the same time Port de Pollenca or Pollenca can be reached in 5 minutes by bike or car. We will be happy to come back. 😃

The villa is very tidy, convenient location, well equipped, with amazing views and a lot of things to do if you have children, they will really enjoy this place. Maria is the kindest and loveliest host you will meet. She truly made sure everything was to perfection. Can’t wait to visit again when in Mallorca.

We loved staying at Tommy’s for a short stay (we wish it was a little longer!). He was an incredibly warm host, super helpful and responsive. The pics can’t do this place justice. It is spacious, homely and has everything you need for a family (or group) stay). It is a truly special place with lots of places to explore in the local villages or a drive to surrounding options. We would definitely recommend this to others.

We had a lovely time at Joana‘s finca. The house has a well equipped kitchen, a fireplace, comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden, located amidst fields and almond trees and altogether very peaceful and quiet- exactly what we needed.

Super nice place, perfectly located on the outskirts of Sineu. Great location to explore the island from here. The cottage is super nicely equipped and has everything you need. The view over the fields was insanely beautiful! The street behind the house did not bother us personally, as there was rather little traffic.

We were 6 adults and 1 baby and we had an absolutely amazing stay in this beautiful, spacious house! The house was clean and well equipped with everything one can think of. Even the fridge was filled with drinks and groceries at our disposal. Julia and Maria were really outstanding hosts. We felt at home right away. From the house it’s a 1 minute walk to Sollér’s main square with lots of restaurants and the impressive Església de Sant Bartomeu. Also nearby is the famous tram stop connecting Sollér with Port de Sollér. Overall we’ve had a wonderful stay, highly recommend, we’d love to come back one day.

We had an incredible stay at Gotzon’s place. Very conveniently located close to Pollenca and Port de Pollenca, but completely secluded and peaceful. Exactly as described and even better than the photos, I could not recommend it more! And Gotzon communicated very well and gave us many recommendations. A perfect stay for my partner and I, we really hope to come back soon.

The place was as described and very tidy. The location is very good , close to the sea and beach towels being provided was very handy. The host was extremely helpful and made a lot of effort to accommodate us. Check in and check out was easy and the place was well furnished with load of equipment .

This is an amazing place to stay! We were 3 families, a total of 11 people of which 5 children, and we had a great time. There are many bedrooms (with AC and fan), many bathrooms, a good and well equiped kitchen. Many dining areas. The garden is very nice with pool, ping pong table and places in both sun and shade. Great grocery store very close, a couple of minutes away by car. Quiet area. Max is an amazing host! Very nice and welcoming, responds quickly and helpful with everything. We felt like at home and will absolutely stay here even next time we are in Mallorca! Thank you Max for a wonderful vacation!

Gorgeous 3 storey Majorcan house in centre of Soller. In a quiet street off the square. Excellent location . 10 min walk to bus station 1 and 2 to get around to Palma, Valdamossa, fortnalux etc. House was clean and is very well equipped and comfortable, 4 bathrooms and plenty of room for us 7 adults. Lovely courtyard to relax, eat in and have a cool swim, though in October the sun did not seem to be in the courtyard when it was shining (maybe in summer it is) so you couldn’t sit in the sun by the pool. Because of the age of the lovely house some of the doors stuck and made a lot of noise opening/ closing ,which could be annoying early morning or late at night, but was the only thing I could mention. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend . Friendly helpful hosts. And a gorgeous welcome gift . Thank you

Can Fave is a beautiful home, with a particularly lovely outdoor space and pool—It’s hard to capture just how beautiful it is in photos! The location couldn’t be better—picturesque and quiet yet only steps from the heart of charming Fornalutx. It’s also a great home base for exploring the region’s villages and beaches. Alexis was a warm and welcoming host, providing great communication from start to finish, and very helpful suggestions on some activities that ended up being the highlight of our trip. Stay as long as you can! Our family absolutely loved it!

Lilja has a beautiful home in Fornalutx. I would suggest meeting the caretaker to be shown to the house for the first time. The route down the mountain is preferred vs coming to the house from in town. The house was perfect size for six adults and a baby. The pool was a great spot to relax for the day or after a day of adventuring. Walking to the village for meals was convenient and fun. We would definitely return.

Beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. All you can hear is goat bells and birds. The place is very remote which we loved. Villa is well thought out eg bedrooms away from pool. Pool was fab - love the water jet and bubbles too. We paid for it to be heated (30 degrees). Incredible sunset every night we were there. Large property and outside grounds. We have a 1 and 4 year old. The set up worked well for us. Nearest supermarket is 20/25 min drive. Nearest beach is 25 mins drive. King sized bed in each room. We also used the cot which was in very good condition. Saw previous review about bees. No issues for us and not a single mosquito bite. Large covered outside area. Enjoyed using the bbq - there is a sink and fridge outside Loved the warm outside shower. There were stairs with no stair gate but our toddler was ok. There are a lot of doors which can be opened from inside (no key needed). Too heavy for 1 year old but 4 year old could open them. We will definitely return!

We had a great time at Catalina’s home. Everything was as described and the backyard was beautiful. We would recommend this location.
