It is in a really great spot overlooking the shore front - just a minute from the lovely sandy beach and a short walk from the Pine Walk and amongst all the cafés, restaurants, shops and bars of Puerto Pollensa. This apartment is ideal for couples or small families. Inside, it is light and airy with wood floors, white walls and spotlighting. We rent our cozy apartment in this wonderful north part of Mallorca. Apartment of 40m2, with one bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe and livingroom with a kitchen and a sofa bed. The apartment is brand new and it's only 100m far from one of the best beaches in Mallorca with better water (Cala Molins). The apartment has also a laundry, with washer machine shared with the owners. Car park is fully guaranted in this zone. You can park the car on the same street for free, or also into two publics car parks (free also) just infront of our house. Children are very wellcome to our apartment, and it's free of charge for children under two years. We also have a cradle in case you need it.

Whenever we travel we always go with high expectations and when we return, the memories of the beautiful things are the ones that remain. Cala Sant Vicenç, without being a well-known place, is a magical place. For its coves with the best waters of Mallorca, its excellent restaurants and bars. Our home, located in a unique spot, with the help of the swimming pool and the memories that you may have taken away from the cove, may make you come back again, perhaps in 2023.
