It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. The villa is located on the edge of the Albufereta Nature Reserve, a jewel of nature for its landscape and ornithological and botanical values. It has 4 bedrooms spread over the ground floor and first floor, 3 bathrooms, a hall, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room plus a terrace-garden with a pool. It's advisable to have a vehicle. The pool is closed, making the garden a safe area for children. Located a few kilometers from the villages of Alcudia and Pollença, as well as their beaches.

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.
