We had a wonderful stay. It was a spotless apartment and pool and the location was fantastic for the beach.

Un séjour magnifique qui s'achève. Nous avons adoré l'appartement de Laurence et Pierre. Décoré avec goût, au calme très bien placé et fonctionnel. Le petit plus, du matériel de plage à disposition ainsi que sac et autres. Très plaisant et encore plus pour une femme. Merci pour tout, je recommande chaleureusement. Des propriétaires adorables et accueillant. À bientôt au soleil ☀️

Logement qui correspond parfaitement à la description. Très bien situé (très proche de 3 cala accessible à pied) Le secteur Cala Ferrera et Cala d'Or a plusieurs restaurants pour autant la résidence reste calme et agréable. Facilité de stationnement proche du logement. La climatisation dans le salon et le ventilateur au plafond dans la chambre nous ont permis de passer des nuits agréables sans souffrir de la chaleur. Hôte qui est attentionné et réactif à nos demandes. Un petit panier d'accueil était présent avec de l'eau fraîche et des petits gâteaux. Merci encore. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement 😁

Den bedste lejlighed i bugten med fri udsigt og ugenert terrasse. Kunne gå direkte fra terrasse til klippekyst med kort stige til vandet samt mindre swimmingpool. Udlejer var meget responderede på vores få spørgsmål.

le logement est vraiment super, très propre et très bien situé:))) il manquait juste un double de clef, qui aurait été pratique comme nous étions 3!

L’appartement était tout simplement magnifique. Pour commencer il était d’une propreté impeccable, il y’a un accès à la plage en moins d’une minute et notre terrasse donnée vue sur la mer. Il y’a également une piscine. L’endroit est tout bonnement magnifique, il y’a autant des petits restaurants et pleins de choses à faire dans le sud de l’île ! Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour, et on l’espère à bientôt !

We really enjoyed our stay and thought the apartment was fantastic, however there was several roosters that lived outside the apartment which didn’t bother us but may be disturbing to others

Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche auf Mallorca, die Lage ist super, kleine Restaurants sind in kurzen Gehminuten zu erreichen, das Meer mit direktem Zugang ins Wasser ist direkt am Haus und der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation!

Loved the location. Walkable distance to the beaches, grocery store and downtown where all restaurants and cafes are. But far enough so it’s nice and quiet in the evenings. Spacious apartment with nice balcony and parking spot in front of it. Only possible problem could be pretty loud main building door, we didn’t mind it, but could see it being a problem for light sleepers or maybe someone staying with kids. But definitely recommend for its price and would totally come back! ☺️

Finka położona jest z dala od wiosek i miast wiec polecam dla tych, którzy cenią ciszę i spokój. Na prawdę można odpocząć od zgiełku miasta. Dobry punkt wypadowy na wschodnią część Majorki. Z udogodnień o których warto wspomnieć, to z pewnością spory basen. Do Lidl i onych sklepów jest około 10min samochodem. Uwagi praktyczne: - Finka oferuje wiele domków. Niektóre mają antresolę i schodek w salonie. Jeśli jedziecie z małym dzieckiem poproście o ten bez schodka. - w naszym domu była kawiarka na kawę sypana - niedaleko Finki znajdują się trzy zatoki. Warto odwiedzić tę najbardziej na północ. Droga znajduje się za zamkniętą bramą tuż przy fince. Poproście właścicieli o instrukcje.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Klar ist die Unterkunft am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen aber wir wollten genau das, die Ruhe und nah am Meer. Und das war es nun wirklich. Von der großen Terrasse, die 10 Meter vom Meer entfernt war, konnten wir direkt den Surfern und den Kitern zuschauen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich, alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. (sogar eine Waschmaschine / Trockner) Alcudia war zu Fuß in weniger als 30 Minuten zu erreichen und Palma in weniger als 1 Stunde mit dem Auto. Wenn man einen weißen Strand haben möchte, kann man auch nach Pollenca fahren (ca. 15min), allerdings ist ist es dort auch etwas überlaufen. Die Kommunikation mit Miguel war perfekt! Alles in allem können wir Miguels Appartement sehr empfehlen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Wir haben nicht erwartet, dass die Wohnung so groß ist. Es sieht sehr schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Einfach toll und empfehlenswert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen!

We had a wonderful stay at Tamarell’s beautiful house! The place is even better than the photos – with spectacular views of the sea and tastefully selected furniture that makes it feel both cozy and stylish. Tamarell was always responsive and helpful, making everything easy and smooth for us. We would gladly come back in the future – highly recommended!

Such a stunning location and very clean and modern apartment. Located directly on the water and steps away from the beach. It was truly a relaxing stay and the views cannot be beat. There are plenty of restaurants and bars right next door. They provided beach towels which was nice. We were a group of 4 adults and would stay again.

Il delizioso appartamento di Joana è pulito, ben curato e dotato di tutti i comfort. E’ Situato in una posizione ottimale per spostamenti o per la vicina spiaggia. Joana, perfetta ospite, ci ha accolti con gioia e seguiti con discrezione per tutta la vacanza. La comunicazione esemplare per tempistiche e precisione. Altamente raccomandata.

Alles top, mit mini-winzigen Abstrichen! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Shopping-Meile mit Shops und Restaurants, und dennoch kriegt man von dem Trubel nicht viel mit (April/Mai). Nach Norden ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an der Küste - und ein paar weitere Minuten später an einem riesigen Sandstrand! Im Süden ist man in 7-10 Minuten an der Hafenpromenade, mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants! Auch hier gibt es Fussläufig eine kleine Bucht mit Strand und Kristallklarem/Türkisblauem Wasser. Zu den kleinen Abstrichen: Die Wohnung liegt zwischen zwei Straßen, die längs verlaufende Abflussgitter haben - und jedes mal wenn ein Auto darüber fährt macht es „klack-klack“. Das war morgens ab und zu etwas nervig. Außerdem steht direkt neben der Wohnung ein Glascontainer, den man auch ab und zu gehört hat. Zu Beginn des Aufenthalts erwartet einen eine Mappe mit vielen vielen Regeln, die ich für überwiegend selbstverständlich halte - es hat sich jedoch etwas nach „erhobenem Zeigefinge

Michael en Vicky communiceren snel en vriendelijk, en zorgen ervoor dat alles in orde is bij aankomst en tijdens je verblijf. Het appartement heeft een geweldige tuin met heerlijk zwembad en is goed gelegen ten opzichte van allerlei strandjes, de haven, andere dorpjes. Het appartement zelf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf! Het enige minpunt was dat het matras en de kussens van het bed wat te zacht waren (maar is persoonlijk) en dat de ventilatie in de badkamer niet super goed werkte (bleef wat lang vochtig en muf na het douchen). Maar ik zou het zeker aanraden en kom graag nog eens terug!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.

Il nostro soggiorno da Mirjam è stato oltre le aspettative. Comodo, confortevole, perfettamente attrezzato e con splendida vista mare. Esattamente come indicato nella descrizione e foto. Mirjam ci è stata di grande aiuto con informazioni dettagliate e consigli utili. Se torniamo a Mallorca, certamente torniamo da Mirjam.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
