We had a wonderful stay. It was a spotless apartment and pool and the location was fantastic for the beach.

We loved this accommodation in Cala D’or! Beautiful unit, well appointed, the views of the cove are spectacular all day long and terraces are spacious and comfortable. Centrally located and walkable to numerous restaurants and shops. Like the mid level vibe of the town in May, could have stayed here longer!

This is a lovely apartment with a beautiful setting overlooking the cove. Eveline is a wonderful host,so helpful and responsive. we had a wonderful family holiday!

10/10 🌟 I don't drive so I was looking an accommodation that allowed me to do most of things on foot and Antonio's Airbnb really suited! Everything GREAT! I loved staying in Felanitx, I visited 6 beaches on foot (my favourite one is Cala Gran, lovely to swim) and others beaches by boat tour. There're many options (spar, restaurants and pharmacy nearby). Antonio gave us great restaurants recommendations and I really enjoyed my almost 6 days there. My birthday was yesterday and I could celebrate in the beach with stunning views. I live in a Island too but I've never ever seen such a beautiful water like Mallorca (so blue), Just go! Apartment very cozy and comfortable bed, clean and calm area. Thanks Antonio to made my days so special!!!

Loved the location. Walkable distance to the beaches, grocery store and downtown where all restaurants and cafes are. But far enough so it’s nice and quiet in the evenings. Spacious apartment with nice balcony and parking spot in front of it. Only possible problem could be pretty loud main building door, we didn’t mind it, but could see it being a problem for light sleepers or maybe someone staying with kids. But definitely recommend for its price and would totally come back! ☺️

Five stars for location, parking, and cleanliness. Perfect location right on Cala Santanyi with paths leading to the rocks where you can jump off or lay out all day. There is a small super market across the beach and up the steps which was convenient. There are 4 parking spots right next to the apartment buildings, but there are 5 apartments so it is first come first serve. We did not have any difficulty with getting parking during our stay and there is also public parking along the road down the street. We enjoyed access to a large balcony and rooftop specifically for Drac 5. The ladies down in the management office were also very helpful. There is a restaurant below the apartment building but there wasn't too much noise. Three stars for the mattresses and shower stalls. The mattresses were uncomfortable spring mattress so we could feel every time the other person moved. The shower in the bedroom with the larger bed leaked water onto the tile because it is not fully enclosed.

Comfortable, clean accomodation. Lovely view overlooking the boats with nice beaches relatively close. Great stay.

Excellent apartment with great facilities. Clean, modern comfortable. Outstanding views and peaceful location. The apartment was quite noisy because it isn’t very well insulated but this is a small thing in comparison to what was a great experience.

We had the best girls trip staying at the apartment. The location was perfect, lots of nice restaurants and beaches really close by. The property was really clean and had everything we needed and we had perfect communication with Alexandra throughout. Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Tamarell’s beautiful house! The place is even better than the photos – with spectacular views of the sea and tastefully selected furniture that makes it feel both cozy and stylish. Tamarell was always responsive and helpful, making everything easy and smooth for us. We would gladly come back in the future – highly recommended!

Great apartment, close to everything but also far enough away to be quiet. Clean , tidy , modern , thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Lovely, spacious apartment perfectly located, great view of the sea and 2 minute walk to two beaches. It has a shared pool but space is limited and no furniture provided for the pool area. It would have been helpful to have a little starter pack eg washing up liquid, cloth, toilet cleaner but when we needed help or questions answered, they replied very quickly and were helpful. The location and views were amazing, 5 minute walk to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. Thank you for a lovely stay x

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with wonderful swimming pool and is well located relative to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

Our stay at Mirjam's was beyond expectations. Comfortable, perfectly equipped, and with a beautiful sea view. Exactly as shown in the description and photos. Mirjam was a great help with detailed information and useful tips. If we go back to Mallorca, we will certainly go back to Mirjam.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
