Absolutely beautiful house and location! Be sure to bring a car, as it’s about a 30-minute drive to the beaches and a 40-minute walk to the nearest town — but it’s definitely worth it! Arta is so pretty and the house is the perfect place to wake up in the mornings and end your day.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had a very pleasant stay in this typical Palma de Mallorca house. The listing matches the photos: cozy, cared for, and clean. It is in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing but also comfortable to explore the whole island. The only less positive aspect was the humidity, which in the middle of the stay made the clothes a damp. The check-in and check-out facilitated by the safe with the keys, very comfortable especially for those who, like us, had to leave very early in the morning. The host has always been kind and very responsive.

Everything about our stay at this beautiful little cottage was wonderful. The hosts have clearly put so much thought & effort into creating a comfortable, stunning place where you are able to unwind in total peace and quiet. The garden was beautiful, with superlative views. We loved the thoughtfulness of the different seating areas, and the outdoor shower was marvellous! The planting in the garden was perfect simplicity with agapanthus, Gaura and geraniums lighting it up with prettiness. Really big and comfy bed, so we slept incredibly well after long hikes in the mountains and along the coastline each day. The kitchen is well kitted out and we made the most of the BBQ in the evenings. The location is perfect for reaching great hikes, and its quick & easy drive to Port Soller. The restaurants in Fornalutx are fantastic (great cocktails too!). Toni met us late at night & guided us up the windy little road, which is an adventure in itself (don’t hire a big long car!). Just perfect!

The perfect place to relax and unwind. It has everything you need, the pool is fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the patio with the barbecue and dining table. Son Moja is also a great location to explore the south of the island, in absolutely beautiful surroundings, with walkable distance to the beach, and with SO many highlights within 10 minutes driving distance. Jörg is really helpful and responsive and we would love to come back.

Super nicely renovated old village house in second row from the harbour of Cala Rajada. Converted and furnished with a lot of taste. Minimalist and yet cozy. Perfect for relaxing. Radiates tranquility. Very clean. Great courtyard (patio) and indoor balcony, but no terrace with a view - as it belongs to a Mallorcan village house. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront, as well as to the fantastic small beach Cala Gat. Ideal for us, because everyone could do something independently and we were not always dependent on the car. Ideal for those who don't want a standard tourist hostel and yet not far from everything on a finca. We will definitely be happy to come back.

We had a very nice stay at the finca. Perfect for relaxing. Not far from a small bay. By car you can easily explore the island from there. Silvia was easy to reach and helped with issues right away. Upon arrival there was a food package , which was a super surprise. The finca and pool were very clean. The fixtures in the showers could use an update. There's nothing else to fault. Thank you for the time.

Hartmut’s place was remote, private and very quiet. Star gazing was amazing. Lots of villages and beaches close by to discover. Very well equipped and comfortable home. The hosts were interesting and extremely helpful when we asked for recommendations. Would highly recommend.

From the first contact to the end of the rental period, Connie & Michael were fantastic landlords who are helpful and accommodating. The amenities of the finca do not correspond to regular Airbnb amenities. It is stocked with so many useful everyday things that it was a pleasure to use them every day. It is always hard to make the right choice for an object and there are so many options on the market that it is partly tiring for the seeker. When the final decision is made, it remains exciting despite the many research and considerations until the day of the takeover. It was the same for us with this rental. What an amazing stay at Gil’s place!!! After travelling for a week it was a perfect relaxing get away in a quiet area of Mallorca but still close enough to Palma, etc. for all your adventures! We enjoyed the luxury of having an ensuite to each room( great as there was 4 of us girls), the stunning pool & outdoor dining area 🤩. Gil was such a great host that the four of us wish to visit again next girls trip to Mallorca and would recommended it to anyone! Gil gave perfect recommendations to us as well as being able to purchase wines from his winery as we were cooking at home the one evening, If only I had more space in my suitcase to bring home such delicious wines! Everything was breathtaking. Relaxing. Blissful. 10/10. Also enjoyed the history about the property!

Pere was amazing- what a fantastic host and property! Kitchen was well equipped, a starter kit of necessities to get us going, and the house itself was perfect for our group of parents and our college age young women. We loved the pool and walkability to multiple beaches and restaurants. Pere went above and beyond with assistance getting there, setting up the BBQ, providing bus schedules, getting to the store. I cannot say enough good things about our entire experience. We hope to return some day- absolutely perfect! Gracias.

We had an amazing stay. Our hosts Katja and Doris were both so friendly and helpful. The villa was exactly as it looked in the pictures, beautiful and clean. We will definitely return and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. Communication with Juan was excellent and he made us feel very welcome and gave us recommendations for some great restaurants. We went to Can Trompe good food a bit more on the pricy side but worth it. The villla was clean, spacious and we all particularly appreciated the memory foam pillows. Showers were powerful just one thing in the bathroom the floor got very wet after a shower so another bath mat would be beneficial. Walking distance to the town is less than 5 mins and an Eroski supermarket also around the same distance. Equally it’s a quiet area and we are all sad to be leaving. We will be back again for sure.

We had a wonderful holiday, staying for four nights as two families. The house was beautiful and spacious, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's just a 5-minute walk to Font de sa Cala beach, and about 15 minutes by car to Cala Millor beach. Guillermo is a fantastic host, very welcoming, friendly, and always available. He had kindly prepared water, beer, fruit, and snacks for us, making us feel at home from the very first moment. You truly made our stay even better. Thank you for the amazing days, Guillermo!

The place was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace, where you can relax wonderfully, was particularly beautiful. Check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for switching off. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so sometimes you have to park a little further away and walk a bit. The location is great – especially Playa del Muro can be reached quickly and is absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and everyone was very happy with the place. Everything was really perfect – highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience with our group of 5. Two grandparents were traveling with us and everyone was very comfortable. We loved walking to the ocean front every day and trying different restaurants - our favorite was El Baul, but you must get reservations ahead of time! Just a short drive over to Cala d'Or for more bustling night life and a big supermarket. We also found a wonderful sailboat charter that is equipped with a hydrolic lift that made it accessible for our grandparents to get down to the water at our stops along the way: Vita-bel with Capt. Nigel. We went to the street market in Santanyí on Saturday and visited Sant Salvador. So much to see and experience in the area - we can't wait to come back again!

Great! I loved my stay here. The sauna was great. Almost used it daily. Very thoughtful hosts that equipped the airbnb with almost everything you need during a stay.

It was a beautiful place! Accessing the beach was simple and an easy way to have a fun day. Our best times were also having dinner on the terrace, enjoying views of the water. Whatever kind of day you want to have, the house/location allows you to do just that.

It is such a beautiful place - we were so grateful to be able to stay there and we’ll definitely be back. It’s even more beautiful in real life :)
