Apartment vacation rentals in Cala d'Or

Clean apartment as described and very well-equipped. We had a pleasant stay with a beautiful sea view and a cove 5 minutes' walk away with crystal clear waters in good weather.

The place was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace, where you can relax wonderfully, was particularly beautiful. Check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for switching off. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so sometimes you have to park a little further away and walk a bit. The location is great – especially Playa del Muro can be reached quickly and is absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and everyone was very happy with the place. Everything was really perfect – highly recommended!

Very nice house in a top location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week . Separate electricity billing very transparent and appropriate. Raquel was always available at short notice. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That is, microwave irradiation 24/7! In my personal case, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlady, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building technology... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrink that you can't actually sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. The pool pump in the basement garage can't be heard at all. Great! It was not clear why a water pump has to be so noisy that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden pipe has a leak,and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

We were welcomed by Catalina herself. She even had some treats ready for a cozy drink, super sweet! She took the time to give us all kinds of fun tips about the area. The house was wonderfully spacious with two bathrooms, a large swimming pool, and two nice roof terraces. Everything you needed was available in the house. But also, for example, tennis rackets to be able to play tennis. It was quietly located and well maintained. Really a top stay!

An all-round beautiful place to stay near the beach and with some restaurants close by. Highly recommended!

Having best of both worlds, we had a relaxing and wonderful stay, and felt right at home. The accommodation is positioned in a peaceful cul-de-sac, yet only a short walking distance away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, and two beautiful beaches. The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Markus, our host was very helpful, and responded immediately to our every requests. I couldn't recommend the accommodation and area enough to anyone who are thinking of visiting. Thank you Markus for our perfect stay.

Perfect apartment, very comfortable and spacious, very good area, with a balcony overlooking the ocean

The apartment was in a stunning location overlooking the ocean. The balcony was perfect to sit out on and eat with the panoramic view of the ocean. When we arrived the apartment was clean and spacious. We hired a car which i would definitely recommend as the town has limited food shops/restaraunts and the steep hill back to the apartment from the beach can be quite tiring in the heat! The host was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had, i would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. There were two big pools, one heated. It was amazing! Beautiful view on the sea while you are in the swimming pool! The apartment was fine, although a bit small. I wouldn’t stay for more than 3 days. The kitchen was very small, not a lot of space to cut things. We managed, but if you are planning to cook yourself a lot, perhaps a bigger apartment would be better. Nevertheless, we really liked our place and the staff is very friendly. Beautiful gardens and very child friendly. We would totally come back here!

Marina was super welcoming, always ready to help you and answer to any questions! Place has great location in Cala d’Or, with the closest beach at literally 6mins walk. I really recommend! I’ll come back :)

Great apartment with beautiful balcony overlooking the stunning pool. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and brilliant location from which you can explore the lovely surroundings

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Couldn't have asked for more! Fabulous host, great communication. Would totally recommend and looking forward to staying again!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
