Very kind and friendly host, new house, well cared for in detail and corresponding to the photos. Car park inside the living solution and large spaces, garden and patio. Ideal solution for those looking for a spacious place, in a quiet residential area, near the city of Palma and the airport.

The place is as on the pictures very nice. The communication was really great. I received an answer within a few minutes. The property can definitely recommend it.

Very good stay in the house as described. Spacious for 8 people both inside and outside with its 3 terraces.. Quiet neighborhood, perfect . A bus is a 10' walk away if needed . Beautiful cove 2' walk away ( be careful, no beach , rocks to put things down and go swimming in crystal clear water). German's mom, who lives upstairs , is very nice . Responsive host very quickly . The Villa is a dream to stay in. Once I arrived I found myself not wanting to go exploring the rest of the island. I was so happy enjoying the home and every sunset I could. Absolutely breathtaking home and views! Francisco the house keeper is so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back.
