Great, quiet spot. In a funny spot between a major road (which you cannot hear) and the ancient aqueduct so you need to walk 5-10 mins for public transport or busy commercial area, otherwise great accomodation!

We are delighted with our stay at the apartment. Giorgio, our host, was very attentive to help us find a train solution from the airport. The accommodation is very good and perfectly located a few meters from the metro station. We recommend this listing for your future trip to Rome.

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Perfect place to stay in Rome for a family. The property was clean, convenient and had everything we needed. Flaviana was so helpful and accommodated our every request.

Silvia's studio was ideal for our needs. It was very close to Trevi fountain and thus the spanish steps also, location was right amongst the action. Check in instructions were very clear and easy, the building was authentic but the studio itself was modern, clean and spacious. It also had a small washing machine which is a bonus. We were able to walk to all major attractions, the Colosseum and Vatican were both each about 30 minutes walk. Locally was great eating places and shopping. Rome Termini was a 10 euro taxi away. Sylvia gave great advice on local dining and transport tips. Would definitely stay again next time.

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

Great location! Close to the colosseum and metro for going to Vatican museums. Looks like the pictures and we appreciated the biscuits/tea. This home has a lot of character and a quirky vibe which we liked! Also the cat outside was super cute! 😊

Roberta & Francesca's accommodation is really well located (20 min walk to the Colosseum). The neighborhood offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The accommodation is really well decorated, faithful to the photos, the outside is pleasant even if you can hear the noise from the street. I would highly recommend it. There were 6 of us and we spent 4 nights.

we had such a wonderful stay at Lucia’s place. it is like the photos. we felt like we were staying in the garden cottage of our rich and quirky italian aunt in all the best ways! for whoever doesn’t just want the standard sterile hotel room will feel homey from the first minute and will love it! we didn’t cook but the kitchen is quite big for a holiday rental and is very well equipped. it is worth noticing that the air humidity was quite high which we attributed to the old walls. so good to know if you are sensitive with this kind of stuff. but no mold or any of the things you could thing of associated with that!! the place was very clean. the cherry on top was lucia. she was so warm and friendly from beginning to end. she accommodated our late checkin and then even called restaurants for us to make sure we’d still get a dinner. she sent us to trattoria luzzi and omg the cacio e pepe was the best meal of our whole trip. we still talk about it! thank you! ❤️

Our stay at Federico’s place was so lovely! Federico showed us the whole apartment and how everything worked at check in and we felt right at home right away. The view is amazing and the apartment is extremely spacious. We hope to stay again!

Beautiful apartment right next to the colosseum. Bathroom is amazing with a free standing bath. Host very helpful and a very quick and easy check in/ check out. Would 10000% stay here again. It has been an amazing stay x

We stayed here from May 16-24 2025 and had an incredible time. David’s place was easily accessible by uber or taxi to all the touristy spots. If you’re looking for a true Italian feeling place this is the one for you!! David was very responsive and had the most pleasant people to help check us in and out. Will definitely recommend!!

Alessandra’s home was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. It was warm, welcoming and Alessandra provided everything you could possibly need for a family traveling with small children. The location is perfect. Close to the metro to get around Rome and close to lovely restaurants and convenient grocery stores. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling into Rome with children. It felt like home away from home.

Lovely private place only 1 minute walk from Manzoni Metro, helpful in connecting us to the local attractions as it is only 2 stops away from Termini metro. Toiletries and breakfast items were provided for us, along with quality furniture and bathroom facilities. Would recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Daniela's place. It's extremely unique and has everything we needed during our stay. The location is a stones throw away from the colosseum and all the historical sites are within a 1 hour walk. If you want to travel back in time and make your experience in Rome more magical then I would highly recommend staying here.

The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the Colosseum and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. Despite being in the heart of the city, the place was quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Me and my wife decided to do 1 night in Rome in between country hopping in Europe and came across Fabrizia’s Airbnb. We left wishing we would’ve stayed much longer. The apartment was cute and clean and very functional. She left us goodies which made breakfast so easy! The bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice. Fabrizia is easily the most thoughtful and communicative host we’ve had on Airbnb! She heard that it was our honeymoon and went above and beyond to make us feel special, even allowing us to keep our bags past checkout to be able to see one final destination in the city square. We highly recommend and will be returning as soon as we can!

We loved our stay in Marco’s place , beautiful view from the apartment & he was a wonderful host to us . He alerted us that the pope would be around and we got to see him . Beautiful apartment and very clean , had everything we needed , grocery store within walking and close to shops and restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer .

We stayed just one night at Aldo’s place, but it was one of the most enjoyable parts of our trip. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The real highlight, though, was Aldo himself—he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and we truly enjoyed his company. Aldo went above and beyond by providing transportation to and from the airport, as well as to and from Termini station, which made our travel logistics seamless and stress-free. The neighborhood was full of life, with an abundance of great restaurants, shops, and fun things to explore just steps away. It gave us a perfect taste of Rome beyond the usual tourist zones. We only wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, well-located stay in Rome with an exceptional host.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Colosseum and very close to both metro and bus stops, which made getting around Rome super easy. From the moment you enter the building, you can see how beautiful and well-maintained everything is. There’s also a lift, which was very helpful for us since we had large suitcases. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was just as described. The host was amazing—very responsive and answered all our questions quickly, which made our stay even smoother. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!
