We loved staying here for 3 nights in Rome. Matteo was super communicative in the lead up to the trip. The place is small but has anything you need - including a great kitchen area. The neighbourhood allows for an easy ride to Romes historic centre as it is right next to a tram. Thank you!

The best host. Cristina was very attentive. Always ready to help us. There is a bus stop close to the apartment which is very convenient. The apartment is very clean and tidy. If I come back to Rome I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it

First off Nicola and Maurizio are the best! They were so welcoming, helpful and responsive. They really made us feel at home. The loft is located in a safe area with the metro only ~5 minutes away which allows access to all local attractions. Great restaurants within walking distance. Nice balcony view. Would definitely rebook this place again if we are ever back in Roma.

The place was perfect and simple in an amazing location. Sisto was so friendly and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Rome.

I couldn't recommend more Pio and Iolanda's home to any traveller. The energy of the home is peaceful and soft - while remaining visually outstanding. Pio and Yolanda are two of the kindest and fun-loving souls I have ever met. They deeply respect your privacy, yet are there in a heartbeat if you need them. They open not only their home through this experience, but their hearts. If you want to feel at home in Italy, this is your place. I enjoyed being out of the city for peace and restoration, surrounded by the symphony of birdsong in the yards and glorious gardens after spending a lot of time in city centres. I also was invited to enjoy a beautiful dinner with their family one night. What a special experience! Thankyou for having me - til next time!

We are very happy with the apartment and the owner. The apartment is clean, quiet, cozy, has everything you need. Great view from the window. The area is almost free of tourists and there are many delicious places for locals. I recommend this place.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Our stay was awesome, and both hosts made everything very convenient. They are about a 15-20 minute walk from the metro station and you can get everywhere from there. They provided us with all the information we needed and answered our questions. The place is very homey, and I would definitely stay again!

Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

Giacomo's accommodation is located at the back of a peaceful and well-maintained residence in Trastevere. Simin welcomed us warmly. The neighborhood is very nice, the accommodation fully matches the photos and is really well-equipped (including the kitchen). We really enjoyed our stay in Rome!

The apartment was clean and spacious. Carla was available if needed. Great communication. The location was perfect and was easy to walk around and find everything we needed in the area. There is a tram and train station. Every Sunday the flea market is literally in the square. Bedroom is in the back so there is no traffic noises.

Francesco and his wife were always available and quick to respond to messages. They welcomed me and my family at the door of the building, helped us with our suitcases and parking, and then showed us the house and everything that could be useful to us. They also allowed us a late check-out. There was everything for our children (10, 5 and almost 1 year old), from the bathtub to the changing table, to the games, etc. Great home, great hospitality and availability!

Amazing location with a beautiful, calm indoor space! In the heart of it all, just steps from the Colosseum, is this beautiful, quiet, calm and charming apartment. The master bedroom was enormous, the loft bed was loved by the kids, and the charming little outdoor patio was just an extra bonus! The spaces were great and comfortable and the host was so patient as we were delayed slightly in our arrival when I went to the wrong address. This spot is worth every penny! I would highly recommend.

This was my first time visiting Rome, and choosing this place was one of the best decisions I made. I’m leaving with so many wonderful memories, thanks to this stay! Carmen was an amazing host! I arrived a bit early and needed to leave my luggage, and she was incredibly helpful. She explained everything in the house perfectly and even recommended some great local restaurants, which turned out to be fantastic. The apartment was just as beautiful and spotless as shown in the photos—clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance in the future!

Christian and his wife both showed up and welcomed us. this is so pleasantly surprising! they kept books and play stuff for kids. my kids loved playing with the toys. The house was so organised and we felt like home!! Christian suggested the places , guided me for best food around , gave walking directions. hes indeed a super host! this is one of the best experiences i had on airbnb!

Roberto’s place is highly recommended! Wonderful place and stylish furniture, we really enjoy the time stay in his place! It’s much appreciate for his help to arrange on early check-in. One more thing is there is elevator in the building which save us from a lot of energy to bring our luggages together. Clear instructions and reminder are provided and the check-in/out process is very smooth. We hope to live in his place again!

Katia is a fantastic host with efficient communication skills .The house is well equipped and comfortable. Transport is close and easy to go to Termini station by bus or tram.I highly recommend this house.
