Condo vacation rentals in Caelian Hill

We spent 2 nights at Matteo's apartment when we arrived in Rome after a long transatlantic flight. Everything was perfect when we arrived and we were able to rest to recover quietly from the jet lag. We really enjoyed the recommendations of restaurants and things to do in Rome explained by Matteo. The area was quiet and we were only a 10min walk from a metro. We would recommend this listing!

The stay at Casa Rosada was wonderful. It is a small, cozy and comfortable place, it has everything you need to spend a few days in Rome, every detail made us feel very good. And to top it off, Simona is an exceptional person, a host who loves to serve and is attentive at all times to what you may need. I would repeat without hesitation.

Such a gem! Great location! Walkable to the Colosseum, resturants, bars, parks, etc. The building is beautiful and safe. The apartment is just as described and will feel like your home away from home. The hosts are amazing and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Great apartment in Rome, renovated and very good taste. It felt good there. Rosanna is a very pleasant and attentive host, she responded to all our questions quickly and was concerned about our comfort. Small neighborhood where life is good, tourist activities are 15-20 min by bike. A beautiful Roman getaway.

Wow what a great apartment for Roma!! 20 mins walk to the city, surrounded by great restaurants and the actual apartment was spotless and so comfortable. Our welcome was genuine and friendly too. We will return for sure.

Great place, awesome location. You have everything just around the corner, restaurants, train station, ferry. Lots of options to do at a walkable distance.

The apartment is the same as the photos, it has everything you need and is quite comfortable. The shower is something small. The neighborhood is not the most beautiful in Rome and is somewhat far from the center, however there are several train and bus stops nearby. The surroundings are very Roman, not touristy at all.

Very beautiful place and Laura is a nice person who communicated with me quickly and helped me with flexible check-in, she was very attentive. The place is centrally located, I felt at home with how nice it is.

Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

A brilliant apartment for couples or solo travellers eager to explore Rome, but looking to stay out the hustle and bustle of the centre. Looks exactly light the photos – clean, airy, light and plenty of amenities. Valentina was a great host, providing prompt and clear instructions. Would definitely stay again when I next visit Rome!

Giuseppe and Lucrezia's apartment far exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, complete and very clean. It has everything you need and more to enjoy your stay. The location is unbeatable, it has neighborhood life, with bars and restaurants nearby, at the same time, it is very well connected to the most important tourist spots. The hosts were very friendly, they were attentive to everything, they left us coffee, tea and sweets for breakfast as well as a variety of drinks in the refrigerator. Hopefully we can be back soon.

Excellent stay at Alessandro's, I give it 5 stars because I can't put more! We loved the apartment, veranda and garden. The apartment is modern and comes with all the amenities, it feels like home. Good communication with Alessandro who was accommodating, helpful and responsive. The instructions given for self access to the apartment were clear and easy. We feel safe there because the apartment is in a gated and quiet residence. There is a car park across the street and good restaurants nearby. The place is a small haven of peace close to the center of Rome. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back!

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a beautiful stay , first time visiting Italy and was grateful to be able to experience both the city and the local areas in only a couple of days. Host very responsive and helpful throughout stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again :)
