Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Caelian Hill

We very much enjoyed our stay at the apartment with our family of four. It is spacious, was clean and well equipped. The location is very nice near a large park and 8-10 minutes walking from a metro station. The metro took us to the major Rome sights in about 15-25 minutes. There are a few shops and restaurants in the direct proximity of the place. The host is responsive and helpful.

Beautiful spacious stay with a lovely garden! A 7 minute walk from a metro. Within half an hour, you'll be at the Colosseum. Lovely to be a little behind! There were eateries nearby. We just had some problems with the boiler and sometimes had to wait 10 minutes for the shower to be hot, but everything else is great!

The house was spotless. It also had a beautiful courtyard for eating outside. It seemed a safe neighborhood. Parking was adequate, but there were no places to walk to, so it was useful for our car. The host was very kind and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped.

I stayed in Sara's apartment for the second time, even if for a short time, I found exactly the same availability shown the first time. Very well-kept apartment in a very quiet area, quite well connected to the city.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Stefano's property, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment of our arrival, Stefano was a super helpful, courteous, attentive host and gave us many valuable tips. The aperitif and breakfast offered during the stay were plentiful and much appreciated. In addition, we had the opportunity to take advantage of the sauna and whirlpool service, a unique experience dedicated to relaxation. The apartment, as can be seen from the photos, is very welcoming and equipped with every need. We'll definitely be back! ☺️

Accommodation matches the photos presented, or even larger in reality than in the photos; very clean and comfortable, the accommodation is very quiet and very relaxing; exchanges with Asia were very clear, with very reassuring attention paid, despite the language barrier between us. Fabio was an amazing host. Incredibly kind and helpful! He waited for us at the Airbnb and showed us all in detail. Thanks for the goodies lefts for us!!! He was of great help to find public transport into the tourist sites which we really appreciated!! The house was just ABSOLUTELY impecable, very modern (a rare find in Rome!!!!) and soooo spacious!! There were 8 of us and we never felt on top of each other! It takes a bit of time and knowledge to sort out transport but once done, it is very easy to get into the city. We took the bus 31 towards EUR Magliana metro (if you get up early you can use their $1.50 euro carpark) and then metro it very quickly everywhere. The only issue is that the buses were unreliable but once on the metro it was SUPER EASY! Thanks so much Fabio! We highly recommend this Airbnb to all!!

Just what you expect, clean kitchen, clean bathroom and a clean bed at the end of the day….hot shower and a few snacks were provided.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

Monica was so nice and very helpful when asked. Gave us lots of recommendations. Her house was amazing and clean and very big and comfortable. We were six people and fit perfectly fine. All the rooms were big and comfortable. All the outside was beautiful. We liked that she had a lemon tree in the backyard. I would recommend 100 percent to everyone who is planning to visit Rome, Italy. Amazing place to stay five stars for me.

Domus's place was immaculate, beautiful, and situated in a breathtaking location. The host was kind and helpful. It is a great place to book if you are interested in staying near Rome, but away from the crowds.

Fabio was a brilliant host to us. Having never been to the area, he was proactive in suggesting places for us to visit and even arranging restaurant bookings on our behalf. He went out of his way to cook us a great meal, offer to take us to the closest supermakets and super responsive whenever we needed to ask anything of him. The house was clean and spatious, felt very private in the area and at home whenever we were hanging out by the pool or having a BBQ. The only minor downside is the location, which ideally necessitates a vehicle to get around should you not be a fan of walking to and from places, but again, Fabio was brilliant in offering to drive us anywhere should we wish to, so it didn't feel like this affected our stay at all. We were pleasantly surprised, found great value for money and would definitely come back should the opportunity present itself.

What a wonderful place to stay! Surrounded by beautiful countryside, it was a dream location. Quite but with free use of the pool and other areas. All of the staff up at the main house, were amazingly helpful and friendly, we ate a wonderful breakfast there every day. My daughter also enjoyed a couple of riding lessons!

Great stay, location surrounded by greenery and well cared for. Andrea was very kind and available for advice and check-in. Recommended!
