Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Caelian Hill

L' appartamento e' in una ottima posizione, vicino al parco dell' Appia antica, villa Lazzaroni e la metro A a 10 minuti a piedi. Vicino alla via commerciale via Appia Nuova ma non nel mezzo del trambsto. L'appartamento e' spazioso e luminoso, dotato di tutto il necessario (inclusi set di cortesia di saponi vari, spugne e tutto quello che serve in un appartamento). Un elogio particolare ad Antonietta, host insieme ad Andrea, che oltre alla flessibilita' nel venire incontro ad ogni esigenza, reagisce praticamente tutti i giorni e in tutti gli orari in un batter d' occhio. Grazie mille!

Andrea was a splendid host because of how responsive and understanding he was. His place was perfect. It was safe, private, and quiet. When we ran into a glitch, Andrea was quick to offer a generous solution to reconcile the concern. The place had everything we needed for a 10-day stay. Plus, it felt close to the center of Rome without being in the thick of the chaos. It’s close to delicious restaurants, several transit options in any direction, and the idyllic area surrounding Basilica di Santa Maria in Trastevere. We went there several nights for shopping, dinner, and dessert. It’s an 8-minute walk to Lavasciuga Roma, which I recommend for laundry: €22 and two hours to wash, dry, and fold a week of laundry for three people. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return to Rome and stay here again.

Le logement proposé est complètement conforme aux photos et à la description. L’arrivée était facile et sécurisée, tout était bien rangé et propre. La maison est spacieuse et l’espace extérieur très agréable. Emmanuella était très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et nous recommandons ce logement.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

When we arrive it was easy to get in to the house, it look beautiful and super clean, it had everything you need, for a great stay, Alexandra was attentive and responsive when we communicated , thank you Alexandra for a wonderful stay I will recommend this place to everyone

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Fabio was an amazing host. Incredibly kind and helpful! He waited for us at the Airbnb and showed us all in detail. Thanks for the goodies lefts for us!!! He was of great help to find public transport into the tourist sites which we really appreciated!! The house was just ABSOLUTELY impecable, very modern (a rare find in Rome!!!!) and soooo spacious!! There were 8 of us and we never felt on top of each other! It takes a bit of time and knowledge to sort out transport but once done, it is very easy to get into the city. We took the bus 31 towards EUR Magliana metro (if you get up early you can use their $1.50 euro carpark) and then metro it very quickly everywhere. The only issue is that the buses were unreliable but once on the metro it was SUPER EASY! Thanks so much Fabio! We highly recommend this Airbnb to all!!

ci è piaciuto molto e ci piace era tutto stupendo non c'è lo aspettavamo cosi ci è piaciuto veramente lo consiglio a tutti. È stata molto gentile e ci ha dato tutto quello che volevamo.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Lovely stay in a scenic setting. Close to the airport, close to the beaches, and surprisingly close to Rome (by car). Check-in was flexible, and we were fully provided with instructions. The apartment was very clean and amazingly spacious. The jacuzzi was a bit cloudy, but what a treat! Absolutely loved the pool. In town, just around the corner, there are a few nice restaurants and several supermarkets. Ideal for people wanting some relaxation while visiting Rome. I can also imagine it is great fun for kids. The landlord was friendly and answered all our questions. Be aware that there are taxes to be paid outside of Airbnb, and watch what buttons you press, as you might end up taking a cold shower. Would highly recommend to everyone — we had an amazing stay!

Wir hatten einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Fotos – alles war genauso schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet wie beschrieben. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber - man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Ebenso war das Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage war herrlich ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Unser Auto konnten wir privat und absolut sicher parken, was uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Emanuele und Ana sind die perfekten Gastgeber – super freundlich, herzlich und stets erreichbar. Die Kommunikation lief ohne große Probleme, und wir haben tolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung bekommen. Es war jederzeit spürbar, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!⭐️

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

Wir haben mit drei Paaren und einem Kind wunderbare Tage in Frascati verbracht. Flavios Haus ist ein wunderschöner Ort, an dem wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Pool, der tolle Garten und der Pizzaofen waren große Highlights für alle. Vielen Dank für alles!

Hele fijne plek om te verblijven. Alles was superschoon, nieuw en netjes. Monica was heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. vroeg af en toe of alles nog naar wens was en reageerde gelijk als wij een vraag hadden. Wij gingen voor een week Rome centrum. Met de trein op loopafstand was deze plek perfect. Ook naar strand en Ostia Antica is met de trein makkelijk te doen. Bushalte voor de deur (4 haltes naar grote supermarkt). Verder rustige buurt; woonwijk.

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Andrea fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y era tal como se mostraba en las fotos. La ubicación era perfecta para lo que necesitábamos, y Andrea fue muy atenta y rápida en responder cualquier consulta. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estadía. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendamos y nos encantaría volver!🙂
