Vacation rentals with breakfast in Caelian Hill

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

Had the best sleep! The bed was really comfortable!

The apartment is smaller, but very cozy. Great hot tub with adjustable lighting. Very comfortable bed, we didn't even want to get up. 🙂 20 min to the subway, but who wouldn't walk in Rome, so I also take the location quite well. The host is great, he can offer something extra. We were very satisfied. I highly recommend. 👌✌️✌️

Walter's place worked great for my month of italian study. Clean, with everything I needed. Very pleasant neighborhood one stop away from the touristy part of Rome. One thing to note, it doesn't have a couch or a living room so you hang out in the kitchen or the bedroom. Fine for me. Very happy with my stay.

This place was fantastic. So close to many things. We walked everywhere even with 3 kids. There were two private balconies so although it was in the middle of a bustling square it was possible to relax and rest outside. Sonia was great. She provided excellent details on how to find the place. She also offered many recommendations on places to eat. Would stay here again 100%!

Easily connected to public transport. Fulvio was super helpful throughout our entire stay. We appreciated the view from the kitchen and the large rooms. I would recommend.

Alessio was súper friendly and responded all our messages really quick. We had an issue with the bathroom (our fault) and he was super friendly about it. Definitely recommend

Antonio was a fabulous host. Great communication and arranged for transport from the airport. He had a lovely breakfast set up for us as well as some basics in the refrigerator which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was VERY quiet and clean. Nice location to get to the sites and restaurants. I will say again - he was just a wonderful host! Welcoming with added touches that we do not get at other Airbnbs. I highly recommend staying here.

The place was perfect and simple in an amazing location. Sisto was so friendly and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Rome.

What a fantastic, quiet, and clean place! It was just about a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum as well. The bus stop is just right in front of the apartment, and then the tram station is just a 3 minute walk away. Plenty of options food right near the place as well. But still, it’s in a residential area so it’s calm and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

alsssandro is very helpful who also gave us qave us quite alot of information of nearby attractions and local food. he is also responsive to every concerns/query. the stay is praceful. clean, safe and pleasant. it is about 15mins walk from the roma termini.

The property has charm, is easily accessible by public transport and is generously sized. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Francesco and his wife made us feel welcome. We would come back.

Giancarlo is a great host. The environment is comfortable, clean and well located. There is an elevator in the building, air-conditioning in the bedroom. It is located 10 minutes from Termini station. We loved our stay, I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent stay in Rome- saving it for next time! Bed was SO comfortable; air conditioning worked perfectly! Modern stylish bathroom and safe and quiet courtyard location. We were only there one night before flying out to Bari but wish I had been able to enjoy the bathtub! Lots of fresh towels and being able to use the common area was a nice bonus. I was really happy mit stay at Silvia B&B. The room was exactly like the photo. The location is perfect. It’s only about 5 minutes walk to colloseum. There are a lot of nice restaurants around.

Riccardo's accommodation was spectacular! We loved it, very good location, easily connected to Termini, you can walk to the Colosseum for example. The apartment has an elevator, a super complete breakfast and a place in the fridge to store your things. Very clean and tidy, everything works perfectly and Riccardo even gave us recommendations for the city and useful information. We would come back 1000 times, regards!

Marina’s place was perfect for our stay! It was just the two of us so a great space and just a short bike ride to many restaurants and site seeing spots. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we thank Marina for being a great host.

Very convenient, the Host responds to messages in a timely manner, warm, and the room is very comfortable.It's quiet at night, convenient transportation, and you can easily get to the Colosseum from here.You need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush, and then you can use the European standard socket.The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable, and the private bathroom is very convenient.Breakfast requires a visit to a nearby cafe, offering a cup of coffee and a bread roll.
