Great, quiet spot. In a funny spot between a major road (which you cannot hear) and the ancient aqueduct so you need to walk 5-10 mins for public transport or busy commercial area, otherwise great accomodation!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans l'appartement. Giorgio notre hôte a été au petit soin pour nous aider à trouver une solution de train depuis l'aéroport. Le logement est très bien et idéalement situé à qques mètres de la station de métro. Nous recommandons ce logement pour votre futur voyage à Rome.

Parfait , rien à dire , appartement propre , très bien placé avec de nombreux commerces à proximité, communication facile avec Selby et Sylvia. Je recommande .

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

Great location! Close to the colosseum and metro for going to Vatican museums. Looks like the pictures and we appreciated the biscuits/tea. This home has a lot of character and a quirky vibe which we liked! Also the cat outside was super cute! 😊

Hote sympathique et réactif Appartement confortable Idéalement situé à 20mn à pied du Colisée. Transport facilement accessible à 10mn à pied Quartier résidentiel à la fois calme et vivant avec ́nombreux commerces et restaurant à proximité. Très belle court privative. En revanche l'appartement est beaucoup moins vaste et lumineux que le laisse penser les photos

Un séjour magnifique à Rome. L’appartement de David était exactement comme décrit. On se sent comme à la maison très fonctionnelle. Super bien située. Nous avons apprécié le Mercado juste en face pour boire le petit café manger nous reviendrons, je vous le recommande à 100 %. Bravo David pour votre sens de l’accueilet le respect des voyageurs.👌😉😉

Spacious accomodation, only a few stairs, perfect for travelling with luggage. Ilaria was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could use improvement is the shower was very mouldy. The colour of the tiles hides it somewhat but there were patches of mould on the walls and the edges of the door. Everything else in the apartment was sparkling clean. Beds were ok. Apartment was cool in the hot weather. Overall would recommend this apartment.

Alessandra’s home was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. It was warm, welcoming and Alessandra provided everything you could possibly need for a family traveling with small children. The location is perfect. Close to the metro to get around Rome and close to lovely restaurants and convenient grocery stores. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling into Rome with children. It felt like home away from home.

Lovely private place only 1 minute walk from Manzoni Metro, helpful in connecting us to the local attractions as it is only 2 stops away from Termini metro. Toiletries and breakfast items were provided for us, along with quality furniture and bathroom facilities. Would recommend.

The apartment is extremely well located, with supermarket, restaurants, and of course, the Colosseum just around the corner. You can walk to many of Rome’s main attractions with ease. Massimo was a fantastic host, always available, responsive, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Rome. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything I needed for relaxing visit. One of the best parts of the location just a short walk for the Colosseum, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. The neighbourhood felt safe and plenty of nearby restaurants and cafés to enjoyed. The host went above and beyond to help us with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about Daniela's place. It's extremely unique and has everything we needed during our stay. The location is a stones throw away from the colosseum and all the historical sites are within a 1 hour walk. If you want to travel back in time and make your experience in Rome more magical then I would highly recommend staying here.

L’appartamento è davvero stupendo e corrisponde alle foto caricate nell’annuncio. È in una posizione perfetta, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. Noi ci siamo sempre mosse a piedi per visitare la città. Pietro Maria è molto disponibile e quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche indicazione ci ha fornito subito tutte le informazioni necessarie. La vera chicca è il giardinetto dell’appartamento 😉 Super consigliato!

Une disponibilité incroyable, de la bienveillance, très réactif sans oublier ses précieux conseils, clés de la réussite de notre 1er séjour à Rome. De plus, sa bienveillance et sa citation "vous êtes en vacances", reflètent une personnalité hors du commun. Le logement est un havre de paix après une journée de promenade où Rome donne mais prend aussi de l'énergie. Tout est pensé pour vivre comme chez soi. Le logement est apaisant et chaleureux. Quartier reculé de Rome, le quartier est vivant mais calme. Tout est à porté de main, les commerces, les restaurants, les bars. Pour les transports, moi qui appréhende le métro, je l'ai utilisé systématiquement avec beaucoup de facilité. La station est à quelques minutes de l'apertement pour rejoindre tous les quartiers à visiter de Rome. Merci Aldo pour tous tes précieux conseils

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Colosseum and very close to both metro and bus stops, which made getting around Rome super easy. From the moment you enter the building, you can see how beautiful and well-maintained everything is. There’s also a lift, which was very helpful for us since we had large suitcases. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was just as described. The host was amazing—very responsive and answered all our questions quickly, which made our stay even smoother. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!
