Vacation rentals with a patio in Cachoeira do Bom Jesus Beach

It was an excellent stay! The room we stayed in was very clean, organized, equipped with everything we needed, not to mention that it is spacious, bright and airy! The place surprised us with its wonderful tranquility! As for the location, very close to the beach, mini market, a charming shopping center, which makes it a lot easier for a quick meal or something you need! We will definitely be back, there is a lot to explore in Florianópolis, beautiful beaches!

Gabi's apartment is much nicer in person, it has a beautiful view, surrounded by greenery. Everything is practically new and of excellent quality. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The location is great. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and precise. We had a problem with an umbrella and they solved it right away. Gabi's husband arrived in less than an hour at the beach where we were to bring us a new umbrella. We definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back soon! Thank you Gabi and Sandro for everything!!

I really enjoyed the stay! The apartment is complete, with a well-equipped kitchen, everything is very clean, organized and with a beautiful and comfortable environment. I felt at home. The location is great, close to beach and supermarkets. Check-in and check-out were super flexible and the hosts were very helpful. I just missed having more towels and rugs, but overall the experience was great. Recommended!

Excellent apartment with high-end building features. Very comfortable car, with a very good exit for Jureré or for any place in the south of the island. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to rest. It is in a very quiet residential environment, we felt very comfortable. We hope to be back soon!

I was with my family during the last week of February 2025. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Air conditioning in all rooms. TVs with platforms like Netflix. Washer with dryer ideal for longer stays. Huge terrace with a wonderful view of the pool, part of the sea and hills covered with vegetation. The resort-style condominium was extraordinary. They had a huge swimming pool and within the same enclosure, next to the pool, a bar/restaurant with highly recommended food and drinks. Additionally, on the side of the resort, there is a platform that leads directly to Ponta das Canas beach. A truly spectacular beach, a warm water sea without waves (ideal for children) and very uncrowded. We were really amazed by the place. Additionally, Manuela was always very attentive to our messages. We had a wonderful vacation.

We had a great stay. The place really is wonderful, with beautiful landscapes. The house really has everything that is in the descriptions and photos. Aldo was very responsive and agile. Highly recommended! And I hope to return.

Our experience was excellent! Peter was super kind, careful and easy to communicate, always available to help. He showed us great places to visit in the city and also contributed valuable tips to organize a surprise party — a care that made all the difference. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the photos, very well cared for and with an excellent location, close to the market and pharmacy, which made our daily lives very easy. We were positively surprised and undoubtedly we recommend it to everyone. We will definitely stay again when we return to Florianópolis!

A charming and dreamy location. Impeccable, well-equipped, and very clean. We held an intimate wedding ceremony there, and absolutely everything was perfect. Communication was easy, pleasant, and courteous, and the maintenance team was friendly, providing impeccable service. We highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Everything was spotless: clean, organized and fragrant. The place is gorgeous! Quiet and well-maintained. Luxury and nature. We really like the contact with the animals, the surrounding nature and the vegetable garden, which is a differential. It was a great renovation! It is an excellent environment for resting, studying and home office, our needs for those dates — very comfortable, with fast and stable internet, which made everything easier. The experience was great from start to finish. We recommend it and will definitely return.

Beautiful cabin, you can see the affection there is in the space. Ideal for rest, and enjoy nature. The climb with the suitcases was a challenge, but it's totally worth it... Andrea is very attentive, and gave us recommendations for places to know. Don't miss it! We would come back anytime!

Excellent location, super quiet place with everything you need for a disconnecting stay. Close to the beach and amenities like supermarket, bakery etc We will definitely be back!! I recommend it 100%. Claudio and his wife are very friendly and attentive to everything.

I highly recommend this space. Spacious, organized, clean. Great garage, too. Very quick communication with Flávia and her mother, who attended to me. I didn't know Cachoeira do Bom Jesus and I intend to return.

Luis was not in Floripa but he left everything right with an explanatory video of how we would enter the apartment and made available together with Andrea his assistance that is pure sympathy, we feel at home, apartment with its suites plus one bathroom we were very comfortable, wide balcony, well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, large refrigerator, laundry with lava and drought we do not need to use but there is a very comfortable apartment all new, there is a sea block, with restaurants, cafeterias and nearby markets, a fantastic heated pool on the last floor, it was very worth our stay,thanks.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. Comfortable, clean apartments with a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The host was always available if any assistance was needed. Thank you for the warm welcome, we will definitely come back again.

The apartment is very comfortable and large. The place has many amenities. The corresponding parking is small, a large vehicle does not fit, it does not turn around. The complex is beautiful and the path to the beach is. Lidia's response is instantaneous, she is always attentive. The place is super safe.
