The building has a beautiful swimming pool, fire pit, 24 hour security, 2 parking spaces in the garage. The apt has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, cable TV, beach umbrella service. We purchased this apartment recently which is why there are no reviews yet. But we have Superhost status on our other two Airbnb properties.

You will love my space because this in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, on the hill overlooking the Lagoa da Conceição and the sea. The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).
