Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

The house is super clean, well decorated and very cozy. The barbecue space is great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The structure is complete, it had everything we needed. In addition, the host was very attentive and advanced the check-in, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it!

We left Quinta extremely marvellous! It was a 1 week stay and I can say for sure, 1 week of peace! The place is extremely cozy, clean, beautiful and of an incredible vibe, not to mention the extreme hospitality that Cristina gave us. My tip for the next guests is: talk more with Cristina in addition to check-in or checkout, you will feel all the hospitality that my wife and I feel, in addition to receiving many tips of what to do on the island. Without a doubt we will repeat our stay on our next vacation. AMAZING 🙏🏽🍀♥️

Wonderful villa with a super view, a beautiful garden, and an equally beautiful relaxation area with swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, barbecue area, armchairs and sun loungers!! The villa consists of a beautiful living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, and a suite upstairs with bathroom and jetted tub. Near the pool another house with 2 double beds, bathroom and kitchen (to go to a bedroom you have to pass through the first bedroom). Negative notes: When we asked the host if the climb was difficult (to understand which car to rent, and because we had read about Uber refusing to climb), we were told that there was no problem!! In truth, 4 Ubers (Comfort) in 5 days refused to get in and the rental car (fortunately taken 1.3) barely climbed... The house lacks maintenance and the suite lacks a door to isolate it from the living room, if someone opens the fridge and it's like having it next to the bed. Cute but mischievous monkeys!!

Perfect stay. Thoughtful hosts, beautiful location, cozy and equipped house, we didn't miss anything and we were super comfortable. We recommend and would love to return.

The apartment is perfect . Everything was new and working and accommodated us very well. Spacious and functional, it has everything we need for a good stay . Very organized building too. Super attentive hosts answer questions super fast. We want to come back.

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the location is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor, heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season, it is open every day. As for the apartment, eating on the balcony looking at the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea lying in bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It's an excellent place to do home office. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We'll definitely be back again. We love it!!

Wonderful stay for our group of 6 adults, 1 child and 1 pet! The property is amazing, with comfortable mattress, impeccable bedding, hot tub and jacuzzi. The residential complex is beautiful and complete, with tennis and football, playground, saunas and an exceptional structure. The beach is close, with calm sea, ideal for walks. The Cabana is perfect, even better than in the photos, Robson is a very good person, and you can trust the directions he gives, they are excellent, the neighborhood is super quiet and there is a lot to do during the day and night, no doubt if I go back to Floripa, the cabana will be the first option! Sometimes small courtesies win over the guest, congratulations to the host Robson.

The apartment was super clean and neat. It has very useful utensils and devices. It's literally 20 steps away from the beach. Also close to restaurants and supermarket. The host was very friend and welcoming. I had a great 3-day stay. Totally worth the price. 10/10!
