Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Budva

A true haven of peace, away from the crowds and noise, while being close to the beaches and attractions of the area. Bubo is an extremely kind, welcoming, and very responsive host by message. The accommodation is isolated in a small mountain, quiet, with only the sounds of nature. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and the garden is perfect! Bubo even planned a small swimming pool for our kids to cool off. A great place to relax and enjoy the region of Budva and the mouths of Kotor.

We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

A beautiful and peaceful spot in village Krimovica. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. A special place. We are glad to have the chance to meet Željko and appreciate his hospitality. Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

Fantastic location , with a fabulous view. Just a 15 minute walk to Old Town. Easy for us with the stairs down to the bay. Would be a challenge if you had mobility issues, but an easy walk down to the water. A great bakery just to the right at the bottom of the stairs. We really liked the restaurant Landovina, which is nearby.

We've been here 5 years ago. The waterfront location is overwhelmingly beautiful. You do need a car to get around. The home is split into two separate units. So you share the location with other tenants. We didn't mind. We only met nice people. I hope to be back again!

Extremly helpful and acommodating hosts. Lovely place with a great terrace. Easy walk into Old town, nice supermarkets close by, especially if you have a car. Property is up a steep slope, but we got used to it + help was offered to park car. Location offers beautiful view over the bay. Would recommend.

This one one of our favourite Airbnb stays ever! The apartment is actually better than the photos (this rarely happens), with spacious interior and stunning views over Kotor Bay! The host was so helpful, communicating with our taxi driver when we arrived, so that we found the place easily! Check in was as easy as walking in and making ourselves at home. We IMMEDIATELY felt at home here. It is a welcoming, small neighbourhood on the mountainside. It is devinely peaceful and away from the bustle and crowds of Old Town Kotor. The hosts had water, juice and wine waiting in the fridge as well as a large tray of fresh fruit on the table, which is such a nice welcome at the end of a travel day. Do not hesitate to book! Very well appointed for long stays! Do know that for these amazing views, you are situated up the mountain, so a car or strong legs and healthy cardio is required. This is well described in the listing however. The hosts make this stay even better!

As others have already written: the location of the beautiful stone house in the middle of the beautiful village of Perast is top: - the view from the large terrace is magnificent - the living room and kitchen well furnished - check-in and communication was very good. Since the house has 3 floors, you just have to walk a lot of stairs to go to the kitchen downstairs to the terrace.

Predrag’s family is super kind and friendly. His parents came outside with a bottle of red wine and showed us welcome to begin this incredible experience. What’s more, they have two cute cats that accompany and play with us all the time, which is so lovely! The view is much more than the posted pictures, we can see the infinity sea wherever in the house! Can’t imagine how wonderful it will be sitting at the balcony and have some wine in summer! Private parking is also possible. The point I love the most is here is not busy and crowd like the town. Here has a huge area for you to play and explore!

Had a great stay at the apartment, it looks exactly like the pictures, the view is stunning, the pool area is great and we really enjoyed the spa facilities. We visited in April and as it’s out of summer reason we noticed a few of the beach restaurants hadn’t opened yet, but we walked further up the beach, heading in the direction of Budva and loads were open. We also walked to Budva most days, at first with children we thought that might be quiet a walk, but it’s so beautiful and loads of places to stop along route we really enjoyed going that way. There are many supermarkets near the apartment too, so we found it easy to grab food for the stay too. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic week in Vladan’s apartment. He was very communicative before and during our stay and answered all our questions promptly. He was so helpful in lending us a phone cable and electrical adapters also. The apartment itself is in the perfect location. Everything is on your doorstep: the beach, restaurants, bakers, the Old Town with all its wonderful bars and restaurants and shops and a supermarket. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. The apartment itself is lovely and clean and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. We cooked several meals in the large kitchen. The shower was very powerful and bathroom was spotlessly clean. A lovely balcony to sit on and watch the world go by.. plus the air conditioning was very much appreciated. Thank you Vladan for your wonderful apartment - we had an amazing trip!

Fantastic location, wonderful and responsive host. Smooth check-in and check-out. Beautiful apartment exactly as described and wonderfully clean and uncluttered. Nice crsip white towels and sheets. Unbeatable view!!!!....nice walk to old town and all the action then a quiet evening on the balcony for peace and night lights from the city. The location was very close to the sea with great views from the balcony. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything.

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

The apartment was even better than was shown on the pictures. When we arrived someone was waiting on us to show the place and how the jacuzzi worked. The people were really friendly. The VIEW was amazing. I’ll be coming back for sure.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay! This home is located a lovely distance from Kotor -- close enough for a long (~1 hour) walk or short drive -- and a short drive from Perast. This neighborhood is much more quiet than Kotor or Perast but with the same views. Budimir was the perfect host and is the reason why Airbnbs can be special. He met us for check in, arranged a (great) boat tour for us the next day, made us an incredible breakfast and dinner at his private restaurant downstairs, let us use his kayak, gave us local recommendations, and generally just made our experience incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it wholeheartedly. I only wish our stay had been longer.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

We absolutely loved our stay!! Couldn’t recommend this airbnb more. As a group of 7, this suited us perfectly, and we made full use of the space, including some great BBQs in the outdoor space. Everything was as described and as in the photos, and the hosts were brilliant! Going above and beyond to greet us upon arrival, help us with car rental for the week, and anything else we needed. The place is also secluded enough that it feels super private and special. We hope to come back for another group trip - Montenegro is truly beautiful

Milo’s was very friendly & welcoming. Great communication from start to finish. The villa was lovely & very well equipped. The pool was great & the boys went in it every day, despite it being April!

STUNNING Airbnb ! Great size rooms, with lovely bathrooms for each room. Heating was perfect for such a big home, had everything we needed and property management was always there to help when required. It was my 30th birthday and they gave me wine, flowers and had a birthday cake made for me which was a lovely touch. Everyone that looked after us was amazing and really sweet. Breakfast was nice however would have liked more options , nevertheless the chef was an absolute STAR! The fridge was stocked with drinks that you can pay for e.g Fanta, coke, beer, water, .which was great as we hadn’t gone food shopping yet. We did have issues with power cut on the first night due to solar panels however it got sorted in the morning right away and caused no further issues during our stay. Honestly I couldn’t recommend this place anymore ! Location is a little far from where we were going however it’s a really peaceful and private location. Felt very safe! Would love to return and stay here again

I was with five friends at the end of June in Sonja and Neno's Villa Nera. I can only report absolutely positively about the place and the hosts. In my opinion, the place was even nicer than it looks in the photos. The hosts Sonja and Neno are always available, helpful and very friendly. The view you have in the villa is unique. If you rent a rental car you can also reach everything in Budva within 10-15 minutes. Even if you take a taxi to the city, you don't pay the world. We were all very satisfied and agree that we want to come back next year. Kind regards Luca
