Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Budva

We were very comfortable in the apartment. The living room and the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is complete and has everything you need, even a table to eat. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine that is very helpful. Everything is very clean and pleasant. In the outdoor area there is a small porch with table and chairs. The area is quiet and has very good views, approximately 2kms from the beach. We have been visiting the entire Kotor Bay from there but we have never walked to the beach but we saw that there were people walking to the beach. Both Jasna and her father have been very kind and have put everything on their side to make us feel at ease. People in the area were nice. I would recommend the apartment, perfect value for money.

Definitely come here! I cannot recommend this place enough. I visited with friends to hike, bike, explore Montenegros coast and relax in nature. Our stay could not have been any better. The gorgeous home is spacious with room for friend groups or families, but the real jewel is the beautiful garden/patio area where you’re surrounded by greenery and of course the relaxing hot tub with direct view of the mountains, and valley below. Nothing compares to coming home from a long hike to sit in the warm water and enjoy a glass of wine with the lights of the villages below sparkling up at you and the sun setting behind the mountains. The home was second only to the kindness we received from our lovely hosts who made us feel right at home. Jasmina and Branko gave us lots of tips on what to do around the area and supplied us with everything we needed (including privacy), they have the sweetest dog and two cats. The area around is beautiful, stunning beaches and great hikes all around.

Elenas place was remarkable with great views and great surroundings. The stay was great and Elena was very quick to respond to every query, the pool and gardens were very relaxing. The villa is accessible to everything by car, good selections of restaurants, bars and shops and beaches all within 5 mins drive. Can’t fault it

Fantastic stay with one of the best hot tubs in terms of quality of the hot tub itself and the beautiful views from sitting within it. Comfortable bed. The walk into town is easier than the walk back, but there are plenty of taxis. The home is really well equipped with everything you need, including washing detergent for the washing machine, and the beer and wine were gratefully received too (thank you). The garden was a peaceful place to have a drink, a relax, and read a book. The outside table wasa great place to have an Al fresco meal. Communication with our host, Snezana, was good and helpful. If I come back to Tivat I will look to stay here again.

Thank you for a great stay! The view is sublime. The location is central; several nice places are easily accessible (by bus). Nearby places to eat, supermarket for the much needed nearby. Especially the hospitality of Jelena and Nikolai was the icing on the cake. It started with a warm welcome. You can ask all your questions and tips, but also for a nice chat. We were allowed to taste the homemade "womens" and eventually "stronger" liqueur and this was shared extensively. We found a very nice addition to our stay. All in all, highly recommended for a nice, relaxed and cozy place! Thank you!

Had a great holiday, the villa was clean and in a great location to a few main towns we wanted to visit. We all enjoyed use of the pool. Got a little lost finding the villa but Svetlana’s instructions were very helpful. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Daniel's & will definitely be back! Daniel was a super host always happy to help/advise when needed. Daniel is very friendly & hospitable. The apartment was superb & would definitely recommend. The location is perfect right in the middle of Kotor & Tivat with a bus service you can get on at the door. Plenty to do as well Restaurants, Boat Tours (which will pick you up on the private jetty) & close to local places to eat. Thanks Daniel from Kylie, Pete, Zane & Chloe

We stayed at Anna's place for 7 nights at the end of September. It accommodated 5 adults and one 5-year-old boy comfortably. The host was responsive and promptly addressed a hot water boiler issue. The house was clean with comfortable beds and had a stunning view, along with a private beach with crystal clear water. The only drawback was the lack of a living room, but it didn't significantly impact the stay since the group was mostly out during the day. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the location was convenient, although a car was necessary. I would definitely return and recommended the place.

Villa Perfetto is a great place to relax away from the more populated areas of Kotor, Tivat, Budva, etc... the swimming is fantastic. All the amenities are there and functional. Large patio umbrellas are great for a day by the water. Underwater lights for night swimming also great. Beds are comfy. Two large bays for cars was a huge plus. Though the area isn't as developed as the big tourist spots, it's a short drive to all of them. I would definitely come back.

The best experience staying in this vila with my girls! 🙌🏼 Great appartments, incredible view, pool, bar, all applause’s to the host who made us feel like at home and helped with everything! You definately need a car for easy traveling. Also the private beach just 2min away. Highly recommended and cannot wait to come back again!🌼✨☀️

Svetlana's AirBnb is absolutely amazing. It has some of the most magnificent views that we have ever seen (from the porches of two of the bedrooms you have a panoramic view of the Bay of Kotor and the mountains beyond). The pool is wonderful and there is a sauna and shower nearby for changing. In addition to the spacious and comfortable house with 5 bedrooms, a living room and small kitchen, there is a separate small glass-enclosed enclosed gazebo\house that has a kitchen, a comfortable couch and a wonderful fireplace. For those who come with young children, there is a terrific play area for children (including a playhouse) and the pool has a shallow end for children. Svetlana was terrific and responsive to our requests and really helped us out when we had an issue unrelated to the rental. We highly recommend this beautiful and comfortable AirBnb.

We had an amazing stay at Zeljko's house! Recommend renting a car to go on beautiful excursions and because the house is not within walking distance from the shop. The house was exactly as pictured with a lovely nature all around. We got quick responses from the host and great recommendations. We had amazing evenings in the pool with the sunset! Highly recommend this home!

Absolutely incredible location with a private jetty and pool. Very peaceful with no crowds in the middle of summer. The house was comfortable for our family of 5 and Nikola made a big effort to support us with things needed for our 11month old. It was a very special holiday and a must if you are looking to enjoy magnificent Bay of Kotor.

We had a fantastic stay in Kotor! The property is very spacious with comfortable beds, and the main house is beautifully renovated. There's a nice private entrance to the bay for swimming, which was a highlight. The hosts were super communicative and always helpful—anything we needed, they provided. We also booked a boat tour through them which was excellent and highly recommended! The top-floor studio is a bit older but still charming and well-equipped. Plus, having a sauna and jacuzzi was a great bonus. Would definitely come back!

The photos of the beautiful old farmhouse do not do it justice. It is absolutely stunning. So quiet and peaceful that you forget you are only 15 mins outside of Budva. The location of the house is perfect to visit Kotor, Perast, Budva, Sveti Stefan, Tivat and Lake Skadar. A hired car makes travelling around much easier but taxis are ridiculously cheap. Great care has been taken to make sure guests are comfortable. We were met by our fantastic host who told us the history of the house and we communicated through a translation app over a few shots of his homemade grape brandy. We will definitely be back again soon

Amazing house, very modern. Fully equipped kitchen, playstation 5, and what not. The host was so friendly, helped with everything. Highly recommended.

beautifull place, so much peace, butterflies, insects and other nature. great view! papa makes good syrups we got when went for a drink at daria and damirs place. even ended up playing a game with the other guests. had a great evening. hottub makes it feel like a wellness spa. and we dont like going to spa's. but this place made me like it🥰 thank you so much for your hospitality!

This location is really really special! Anyone can enjoy the beautiful view and atmosphere, but nature lovers can especially appreciate this airbnb. There's hiking paths in the forest and an easy one on a flat road filled with butterflies. We really enjoyed the hosts and the feel of this location. Really really special!
