Nikola’s merchant house with 3 studio apartments was ideal for our needs; we were a group of 6 couples of varying ages and we each had our own space. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The kitchenette was well stocked, well organised and clean. There was a dehumidifier and aircon in each apartment which was great and helped to counteract the effects of humidity on the building. The building is old but the apartments are finished to a very high quality and standard, especially given the space restriction in the Old Town. The host was very responsive during our stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this accommodation again!

A rustic wooden table is adorned with three stacked antique books and a small candle. The table is positioned near a stone fireplace, enhancing the medieval charm of the space.

Absolutely brilliant stay here, breathtaking views from each window. Great host and very responsive. Apartment was spotless, with a little info book and easy to check in. Anything we needed info about the hosts were there via message. Lots of bars and restaurants around the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!! Superb stay

Stanka was very kind and helpful from the very beginning. The apartment is just a few minutes from the old town, with restaurants bars and shops nearby. The accommodation was clean and tidy, fully as advertised. Thanks for everything, we had a great time 🙂

I booked the apartment that day and had instant communication with the host. She was lovely and met me upon arrival. She helped me with my bags and settled me in. She was super easy to reach on messages and replied within minutes. I felt right at home. The apartment was beautiful with an upstairs and downstairs. The balcony upstairs overlooked the Petrovac stadium and if you go during summertime - you will see an amazing sunset over the sea. It was truly something else. There was so much space in the apartment with three beds, a kitchen, living area, bathroom, and two balcony’s. There were so many cute little details - making it so homely. Super clean, close to the Petrovac promenade with beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars, and perfect for families.

An outdoor terrace is featured, adorned with white wicker chairs and a simple table. Colorful cushions add a touch of comfort. Lush palm trees and traditional stone buildings can be seen in the background, creating a relaxing ambiance for enjoying the sun.

Location is fantastic - steps away from the citadel, waterfront, tons of cafes, restaurants, etc. Hosts were always responsive and accommodating, happily allowing us to check out a bit late to fit travel plans. Kitchen and dining room are actually bigger than they looked in the photos - we had no problem cooking and having full meals for 6 plus some guests!

We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts. The view from the main terrace with a beautiful view of the sea is quiet. Very nice hosts could always count on their help, thank you for the delicious pastries that you gave us. Thank you for a great vacation

Great place for bigger groups at the heart of Stari Grad in Kotor, walkable to all the restaurants and bars, day trips etc. All the apartments within the building were super clean with comfortable beds, great showers, well equipped kitchens and the hosts were always helpful and responsive.

A spacious living area features a modern gray sectional sofa and a sleek coffee table with a round design. Natural light enters through large windows, illuminating the room, which is adorned with framed photographs on the walls and a standing lamp in one corner.

Appartment was very nice and like presented in pictures and given information. Suited very well our group of four adults. Excellent location at the Old Town close to everything and yet private and quiet place. we enjoyed our stay and got top notch service from Zeljka, she is very helpful and responded promptly had we any questions.

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The home was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Easy check in and welcome tour from hosts. The beach was a quick walk across the street and down a few stairs, it is a beautiful small beach that gets very busy that also has a lovely little cash bar. Larger beach is just a 200m walk down the road. Everything was great and would definitely stay again if we are in the area again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Petar's "old house" for 4 days. The house is located in the ancient royal capital of Montenegro, a very nice town that I recommend to visit. Petar was a really excellent host, kind and helpful, he showed us the house, he recommended us places to visit, he was always available for any needs. I highly recommend a stay at his accommodation!

We had a good time, everything matches the description and photos. The family is kind and hospitable. We preferred to travel by car to get to the beaches, the climb is a bit difficult, but the place is quiet. Beautiful trips to the surrounding areas, Zanjic beach and Blue Cave. We also went to Ostrog Monastery, beautiful but very challenging. Hercez Novi is very nice. To be returned. Thanks for the hospitality

The apartment is gorgeous, with pretty touches, a well-stocked kitchen, a gorgeous large balcony with beautiful views and comfy furniture. The pool, which is about 20 metres away, did not disappoint. It’s much bigger than we expected and we could have a good swim as a family. My only reservation- and it’s not a big one - is that while Thorleif himself is an excellent host, his local person who runs it is not very communicative. I’m hoping this changes in the future. I’d also like to see interior blinds on the upstairs bedroom’s inner windows so that we don’t have to listen quite so closely in case a child gets up :)
