Vacation rentals with a sauna in Budva

Zorans place was a fantastic few days for us in Kotor. The apartment is decorated amazingly well with accent and mood lighting make it extremely modern almost futuristic. The location could not have been better as it was just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the old city. The bed was super comfortable although the bedroom was quite bright in the morning due to black out blinds only being on one window. The car park was easy to park and to get in and out of to do day trips such as to the cable car. Inside the apartment was very comfortable with good A/C and the sauna was an incredible addition. The main problem we had was finding the place and navigating the one way system and picking the correct entrance - so we actually had to do a few laps and contact the host when we were lost. Once we knew where it was it was very easy to get in and out again. We would 100% want to stay there again though as the location is incredible.

You couldn't ask for a lovelier or more accommodating host. Such a beautiful view from the top floor - it never got old. This home has a great location and is easy to walk to the Old Town, maybe 15 minutes. This place worked out perfectly for our group and we hope to return to Montenegro soon!

A perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Calm and cozy atmosphere with a special charm. The staff were wonderful – Abbas, Volkan, and the lady were all exceptionally attentive and friendly. The chef cooked delicious meals every day. The beautiful pool was a real highlight – perfect for cooling off and lounging under the sun. I also really enjoyed the sauna – absolutely fantastic! I would gladly come back here again. Thank you, Montenegro, for a great holiday!

It’s very nice place and close to everywhere that you need to visit. The view is perfect and the room is so clean and also as seen on photos. A great flat with everything you need. Lovely views and great location. The air conditioning was lovely and the washing machine very useful. We loved the pool and walked down to the great beach several times. Supermarket and restaurant at the bottom of the hill. Great communication too. Would definitely stay again, we had a lovely week.

We had a great stay, the view from the pool is incredible. The house is equipped with ever that you need for a short stay, there is cute little beach and a great restaurant Tramontana beach bar with amazing food and views within walkable distance.

Really enjoyed the stay and flat was fantastic. Great view from balcony. Facilities with pool sauna and steam room were great. Only slight downside was WiFi which we had to open flat door to get access despite the extender been right outside the door.

We had a great stay! Communication with the hostess was great – there was a helpful answer to every question quickly. Whether before our arrival or during our stay, Isabel and Yasir were consistently friendly and very helpful, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is tastefully decorated and even has a few practical extras that were not in the description – really a plus! Everything was very clean and lovingly prepared. The common areas such as the pool, hot tub and sauna as well as the outdoor facilities are also well maintained and invite you to relax. Whether as a couple or with a young family – this place is highly recommended. We will be back!

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

This exceptional accommodation from Marvin offers luxurious amenities that far exceed expectations – especially when it comes to the panoramic view. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. Lavender Bay is a beautiful place with great facilities. It’s peaceful and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The views are amazing! Selcan was a fantastic host - very responsive and friendly. Our special request to postpone the trip was accepted without hesitation. Thanks again!! 🙏

Amazing apartment with wonderful views and right on the beach in perfect location. If you are driving make sure you get clear instructions on where to park (we didn’t get any) and don’t follow Google maps!

We had the best stay in Jadranka’s place I can’t recommend this place enough! Just 8min drive to airport. View from window and terrance was most amazing like looking at most beautiful painting. Sunsets were absolutely Breathtaking! Very comfortable accomondation we had great sleep there. There is supermarket opposite the house. We enjoyed Cavtat very much. Uber 5 euros per direction but also walk downhill was ok and beautiful (took us 30min with two 3 year old children). Lovely child friendly host we were treated so well and definitely returning. This place ticks all the boxes! Works well for couples, friends and families. Im so glad we chose this place!

This is the best residential experience we have ever had! I was amazed at the beautiful design at a glance. The owner who received us was very enthusiastic and introduced all the facilities carefully. The design of the room is also great, very suitable for the whole family to travel and live in. The surrounding scenery is perfect, especially the most beautiful sunset. I would love to stay there again!

The listing was as described. Ceca was very responsive and friendly. We appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodation (even if the bed was not very comfortable) The accommodation is in a great location, right next to the beach and shops. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment and highly recommend it.

Gordana is very nice host! She's welcoming, warm, supporting. Appartments were clean, well-kept, air conditioning was enabled when we arrived, cold drinks were waiting for us in the fridge. Gordana left the keys from her garden where we could enjoy morning coffee. There are shops, fast food and parking nearby. An option for check-in is available, Gordana can leave the key in the box.

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

This place was amazing for us. We stayed for 90 days, and due to the nature of the space, we achieved so much during our time. Dejan, his wife, Meli, and the team Danka & Bozo are a great group of hosts. They are like a small family, and we felt right at home. Our dog Shadow loved the enclosed garden space and was chasing lizards for hours. The place was very well maintained, and the listing doesn't do it justice because it has so many surprises. The private gym was SO good for us. All we did was work, train, and eat good food. We managed to source some great local ingredients like RAW Buffalo milk. This place feels very private and enclosed, which is good if you want to be away from the busy city. Meli is growing amazing food in the garden, and if you are lucky enough, you will get to have some. They went the extra mile whenever anything needed fixing, and were very quick to respond when we needed support. The Wifi is solid for digital nomads like us. I will miss this place & people!!

this place was amazing the hosts went out of their way to help us with every tiny detail. they sent a taxi to pick us up and helped us arrange tours. the house is beautiful. if you are even considering this location, this is the house for you. Dont hesitate. beautiful grounds. one of a kind.

The small guest house is right next to the host's house, but still we felt private. Dmitry and his wife were very helpful and friendly. The hospitality was absolutely top, thank you again.

We had an amazing stay at this villa – what a gem! We were a big group (8 adults and 5 kids under 4!), and the house handled us perfectly. While the location is listed as Muo, it’s actually in Prčanj – but honestly, that didn’t bother us at all. We quickly figured out the local bus system, which was super handy and added to the adventure. It leaves from the Dodo Market by the way! A special shoutout to Ljubo, who was there instantly whenever we needed help with anything – incredibly helpful and kind! Now, let’s talk about the SAUNA – absolutely BRILLIANT. It has a proper Harvia stove, and as a group of Finns, we were seriously impressed. Full approval from the sauna experts – we LOOOOVED IT. The villa itself is beautiful and well-equipped, and the hill? Not a problem at all. It actually gave us some nice daily exercise and fantastic views as a reward. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

The villa is special and very luxurious and wonderfully designed and has charming views of the sea eating rooms and there are all the features we want, my family and I had a beautiful time and we had a lot of fun, restaurants are close five minutes by car as well as the supermarket ,

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

We stayed at Anna's place for 7 nights at the end of September. It accommodated 5 adults and one 5-year-old boy comfortably. The host was responsive and promptly addressed a hot water boiler issue. The house was clean with comfortable beds and had a stunning view, along with a private beach with crystal clear water. The only drawback was the lack of a living room, but it didn't significantly impact the stay since the group was mostly out during the day. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the location was convenient, although a car was necessary. I would definitely return and recommended the place.
