We really loved the place, the view was amazing. Miro is such a great host and the communication was perfect! He is very friendly and helpful. We had a fridge and a kettle. The balcony was very great and we really loved to sit there. Overall, I really recommend this place to anyone! 🥰

The place was amazing with its views. Private apartments that are tidy. A shared kitchen that also stayed neat. You can rent, for example, a bicycle to conveniently reach Kotor (6km) or Tivat (9km) and nearby swimming spots. Additionally, a bus every hour to Kotor's city center or directly to Tivat from in front of the apartment was convenient. Thank you to the whole family for letting us stay with you. Everything was perfect, it's a very small studio but it doesn't cost much and the location is super central.

great accomodation, wonderful views. its in the olive grove but not too far away to reach the City of ulcinj. accomodation Has all you need and artan is always available to help or bring something if nieder.

This house is a piece of heaven. You wake up on the lake, with only the noise of the birds, can go directly to swim or do kayak or paddle board, which the host offers. The host is really nice and helpful and the apartment is cozy, clean and comfortable. Would come back with no hesitation

we were hosted very well by Nikolai who proved to be a very welcoming, responsive and very kind host The space was very clean, tidy, and really spacious it is well placed in relation to the beaches , a convenience store right next door. a small downside for the road just opposite but by that very good . thank you so much for a pleasant stay 😄

We had a great time, felt right at home! Nikolai is very accommodating and helpful! The place is quiet and peaceful ,near a beautiful beach. The apartment is large with a comfortable arrangement of the rooms and well equipped. And last but not least , thanks to Nikolai ,we were able to enjoy our stay in the company of our pet. A must we would visit again on a next trip !

I felt really welcomed here. The room and the shared space were spotless clean all the time and the location is really amazing. A minute walk to the city beach and only few minute walk from the old town. The host was really friendly to me and any of the other guest I encountered. If I even visit Kotor again, definitely will book this place again.

Vicky's flat was perfect. Ideally located, 5 min walk from Kotor and right next to the bus station. We highly recommend it!
