A perfect place to stay for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room as well as a terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Great place with insanely good amenities

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot or by bus (ski area, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauern thermal baths, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

Our family of five loved our stay in Carolin Anne’s beautiful home in Hallstatt! The views from the house are fantastic, even better than the pictures. We found the house to be exactly as described and very comfortable. We had a rental car and found the walk from the suggested parking lot to be easy. Carolin Anne was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

Florian’s place was fantastic, offering stunning views of the Kitzsteinhorn and the surrounding mountains. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. Highly recommended!

Nice and super friendly place

We had a very nice vacation in Elfriede's apartment. The apartment was very nice, everything tip-top and clean, everything you need was there. There was also a very nice large terrace. There is a small supermarket, a village café, a restaurant by the lake where you can eat well. Everything is easily accessible. Our dog also felt very comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Zell am See. The place was very spacious and spotlessly clean, which made it perfect for me and my family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washing machine was a huge plus, especially since I was traveling with small children. The location is excellent – right across the street from a Billa supermarket, which made grocery shopping super convenient. The apartment is also well-situated for exploring the area. Kate, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. She always replied quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, which might be a bit challenging for families with strollers or people with mobility issues. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The room is small but cozy, you will find everything you need. The room and especially the bathroom were very clean and you can feel comfortable right away Michaela is a very kind host and responds helpfully and quickly. In the end, I highly recommend this place and would love to go back any time.

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Johann – especially thanks to Elfriede and Maria, who are simply great hosts! They were super friendly, helpful and always approachable. Whether a small question or request – help was provided immediately and you always had the feeling of being in good hands. Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

We were in Bad Hofgastein over the weekend with the family (partner, child and parents) and enjoyed our stay at Andreas' place very much. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Check-in and check-out were completely straightforward, Andrea was extremely friendly and helpful. A small minus point was that it was quite cool in the house. The water in the shower also took a long time to warm up and switching from the rain shower to the hand shower was hardly possible. Nevertheless, we liked the apartment very much overall and we can absolutely recommend the place, especially because of the great location, cleanliness and the nice hostess. Thanks for having us. 🥰

I had a wonderful stay at the penthouse in Obertraun/Hallstatt. Everything was just as pictured—if not even better. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. Andrea was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, which made the whole experience even smoother. I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday getaway.

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We felt very comfortable. Highlight of the whole thing was that you could use the entire spa and children's area of the Hotel Cristallo (included).
