Restaurants are a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive away. MOUNTAIN RAILWAYS Werfenweng 2 km, OBERTAUERN 49 km, Ski AMADE and Therme AMADE 25 km. Many excursion destinations are nearby. Eisriesenwelt, Hohenwerfen Castle, Eagles Nest and Königsee/Berchtesgaden, Salzburg city 45 km. Hallstatt, Großglockner High Alpine Road can be reached in 1 hour by car.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

The apartment is located in the district of Schüttdorf/Zell am See in a quiet side street. A private parking space is right in front of the entrance. The entire living unit is on the ground floor, and a private front garden invites you to relax outdoors. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATM, bus station. Free ski bus to Kaprun is only 300 meters away. The new Areitbahn gondola with ski school is only 700 m away and is within walking distance.

Penthouse SILVA mit Panorama Sauna & SA-LE Card

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

Ski areas, toboggan runs, alpine huts, mountain bike routes and hiking trails, Zell am See, Kaprun can be reached in no time by car. The tourist tax is included in the price.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
