The Fieldhouse is our lovely little pet-friendly, self-contained, detached annex/guest house located on the grounds of the old Halvergate village school. It has the Norfolk broads and marshes on its door step with the stunning Norfolk beaches, Norwich and Great Yarmouth close by. It is truly a cozy home from home, with a lounge with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with king bed, and bathroom with bath/shower, with parking and outdoor sofa, BBQ and table and chairs in the large garden.

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.

Cosy, well appointed and clean with quality furnishings and comfortable bed. Convenient location for walking into Southwold with all its facilities. Pete and Caren communicated often and were very friendly. The garden was a nice suntrap in the afternoon. Great to have the parking place outside - a really good find for us!

Lovely little annex, perfect for a short stay. Warm, clean and very comfortable. Conveniently situated for the city centre. I took a 23A bus ( there might be other routes) to the rail station and the stop is only a couple of minutes walk from the accommodation, journey time by bus, about 7 minutes. There is also an Aldi supermarket and Tesco Express within .25 miles. Thanks again Sleman and family. I enjoyed my short stay and will definitely stay with you again.

The Cartshed is situated in a lovely hamlet and provides a very relaxing place to stay. The parking space is perfect for families owning big vehicles like SUVs etc. There is a good walking path and very near Coltishall Village high street where you can find good restaurants and shops. We have a little dog named Bailey and she enjoyed the private garden next to the accommodation. We are recommending The Cartshed to our friends and family.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Lynton Loft. Irene and John were the perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. Lynton Loft was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a few nights away (we appreciated the welcome goodies after our drive up!). The property is very peaceful as you are surrounded by greenery and trees - I spotted what I think was a muntjac outside our front door! It’s such a beautiful part of the country and we will definitely return. Thank you Irene and John!

Lovely place with everything you could need for a short or longer stay. Very easy to find and great contact from Mossy & Colin. Nothing is too much to ask and they live on site if you need them but you feel like you have the place to yourself. It felt more like staying with family rather than a rental so will definitely be heading back. Lovely seating area outside, wild bird life in garden and not far from coast or Broads to explore. The shower looked smaller in the pictures but is a good size with lots of headroom if you need it. Nice relaxing place for a break annd easily accessible to the best Norfolk has to offer.
